Isa glad you got some answers even though it's not what you wanted. We are all pulling for you. I am in the same boat with you guys I have given up on fertility drugs. It is to expenseve and I just get so wraped up in trying to get pg and when I get a bfn I get so disappointed.

Dh came home afterbeing out watching the soccer match today and said he really wants to try an ivf round but it's up to me to decide if/when but he wants to wait until after we speak with the genetics councellor. I hope they call me in the am with an appt date for that. I told him I didnt know if I wanted to because I was finally feeling like my old self again and enjoying life, not feeling all the pain/cramping/bloating etc etc that the meds put me through. He will be supportive whatever I decide but I don't want to make any decisions til we hear more about what I have and even thinking asking for more tests to see how wide spread the mosaicism is. (ie: test other cells and see if it is the same or normal b/c one of the things did say losing an x chromosome can be part of the aging process).

Hey Isa, did they call you for an appt. yet? I'm glad that you have a supportive partner in whatever you decide to do....I could see trying IVF....think of the rewards if it worked out....and if for some reason it didn't, you would always know that you did everything you could have....my friend, whose 36, just called yesterday and they have been trying for over a year and she's preg....I'm happy for her, but I did cry a little when I got off the phone....She's a great mom now, so I'm really delighted for her....

hey Tonya, they called yesterday and left a msg and by the time I got the msg they were gone for the day so I left a msg to call me this morning first thing but they didnt so I just called her again and left another msg but I wont be around for a few hours so I hope she calls back soon before I have to leave for another appt. I know how hard it is to hear about other pregnancies. I have a relative and a friend due within a month of each other, a neighbour who just had her 2nd, 2 neighbours pregnant and it's tough. Everyone that I just mentioned started trying after me. It's been hard. One has had 2 pregnancies back to back in the time I've been trying.

Ugh...I just hurt for you as you cited the list of pregnant people....it is hard...I hope you get with the scheduler today to get your appt.....let me know....

Isa I hope you get to make your appt. today. I got my af today have really bad cramps. This is the 3rd month in a row that I have gotten af on my own. So I am hoping to get pg on my own. Tonya hows things for you going. I wonder how Lee is doing? We have not heard from her in a very long time. Also haven't heard from Becca I hope you guys are ok.

Hi guys still waiting for her to call me back. I'm getting impatient but I dont want to keep calling and leaving msgs or she might get ticked off. I will wait it out today and if she doesnt call I will call tomorrow and keep calling until I get her. Unfortunately it seems like they have one who answers and transfers all the calls and she unfortunately keeps asking whos calling...i wish I would just get her voice mail and then I could call as much as i wanted until I get her. Becky sorry about af but you may be right it is a good start to being able to conceive on your own. My temp is down to 97.3 (0.1 below coverline) and cd 25 so I am due probably tomorrow or Thurs. Its so weird to not want af for so long then when you know shes going to come you cant wait for her to come fast enough.

Well just got off a 20min call with the genetics place and she took a whole history of me, dh, our families medical & pg histories etc and she will review it with the doctors and probably get back to me by the end of the week with an appt date. They are booking for October right now UGH!!! but she said with what I am dealing with (ivf possibilities & age) she would try and get me in sooner.

Hey ya'll...Becky, I should be starting anytime now too, (our cycles must be about the same) ...We are just trying on our own also....Isa, I hope she calls soon....

Isa it sounds like you have a great dh! And I hope you get in soon for the genetic appt. Had my check up today. I am free to do whatever I want. Dh is excited about that! :) Tomorrow the dermatologist to do some beauty repair work and body check!

Toni - my dh is so fantastic it's almost unbelievable. I keep thinking one day I will wake up and meeting him etc will all be a dream. He sure was worth the 37 years it took to find him and I'm never letting him go!! He has always told me from day 1 the minute I have had enough of all this to say the word and its over. He lets me cry, lets me have my pity parties when af comes and he is just my solid rock all around. Oh by the way spotting started today so af will be hear tomorrow so the whole cycle starts again. Au Naturelle again. I can't believe Tonya, Becky and I are all the same cycle. It's like when girlfriends hang together they all get csynchronized with af. Now on the web we do too -thats funny!

Doesnt someone have something scheduled for today? an u/s for someone or something?

Isa, that is too funny about our cycles all being close together! I'm hopeful that she can get you in sooner than October....that seems like such a very long time away....

Hi all! I had my u/s today and everything looked good. I'm 6 weeks now. We found out that we are having TWINS! One of them is measuring a little less than 6 weeks so they are going to keep an eye on it. It hasn't hit me yet I don't think. We're very excited, but scared at the same time. I go back 2 weeks from today for another u/s to make sure everything is still progressing well. Dr. seemed pleased today. Isa, I sure hope that you can get in before October. Maybe they will have a cancellation. Hope everyone is well!

Amanda congrats. Hope all is well with both and you have smooth sailing. Are you shocked? How many eggs did you have at the iui -remind us all the good details of how they came to be :)
