Welcome Tonia. Good luck on your 1st IUI. I have Anthem ins., & they cover unlimited u/s but no drugs or IUIs. I think they only cover my monitoring & infertility testing b/c it's OH state law. So I think the state you live in makes a difference in coverage too. My ovaries are lazy & tend to just produce 1 dominant follie per cycle. I had my 5th IUI on Sat. & had 1 big follie at my last u/s (last Wed..) & 2 12 mm follies that I hoped got big enough when I triggered on Thurs. night. That was on injectibles rather than Clomid. Hi again ! I wanted to thank everyone for the warm welcome! : ) I found out that my ins will cover u/s but no on the fertility meds or artificial insemination of any kind......... I can deal with that! : 0) Clomid is cheap and the IUI is only about 200 bucks so not too bad! Looks like my dr is going to order me an u/s for follies! YEAY! Does anybody's dh have a low sperm count, quality, morphology, or motility? Mine does, all of the above....he is starting to get checked out.

Hi Tonia, IUI is great for male factor infertility probs such as those you stated, as they will "wash" the sperm to ensure that only the good ones get to go to your eggies.

Hi ladies! Sorry I haven't posted for awhile. I'm trying to take my mind off the 2ww but it's not working. I'm going to test tomorrow morning I'll be 11dpiui. I know it may be a bfn but I've got to do it. My temp has been in the 98's for 3 days and it's never been that high for more then a day. So I'm hoping I see something. I'm having a lot of symptoms as of the last few days but I don't know if they are real or the clomid. My cramping finally is going away it took 9 days to really settle down. Did anybody else have cramping like that? I've been reading your posts and I'm glad everyone is doing well although it it's hard to read them all. I've gotta run I have to feed my dogs my big girls in heat right now and driving me nuts. Talk to ya later. Baby dust and belly rubs...

Hi Sasha, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you. We need another pg girl on this thread for the month of April! I have a question for you: When you chart your temps, after you've O'd and your temps go up, do they just go up in the high 97's or do they go up to 98's right away?

They normally go up to high 97's. Sometimes I'll hit 98 but it's only for 1 day. I've been in the 98's for 4 days now. I got a bfn but it's still early. It's not over till af shows. Talk to you ladies later. Baby dust..

Hi tonia. My DF has male fertility issues too. His overall count was high, but motility and morphology were really bad. Plus, it never liquified which is bad too.
We have first IUI tomorrow morning and I am so excited. I have two big follicles (20mm) ready to go. We did the shot of Ovidrel last night (didnt even feel it).
Good luck to you with your IUI journey. It seems to go so fast, although 2ww will drag on forever :)

Morning ladies. Tonia, TL, my DH has very low morphology, his overall count is pretty high though. Sasha--good luck with the HPT. As Galina said, we've got our fingers' & toes' crossed for your BFP. Another pg lady on the board will be so nice. Galina--how're you doing? How's the move going? Christina--I hope you're feeling better now! I just wanted to check in. Nothing doing with me right now. Still trying not to focus on the 2 ww. Hard but I'm doing okay with that, right now at least.

hey mega, yes feeling much better. Still have a cough though but have to hurry up and get over this because next week is the important week to be healthy. well all the time, but you know what i mean.

Hi everyone. Just flew in and stopped by home to change clothes on the way to a client. I have been reading your posts! Af arrived this morning. Called my RE and left a message at 7am. No response yet...Galina, I like my RE but his old office was run terribly. I was trying to keep an open mind about his new office, but it doesn't seem to have improved. Plus he doesn't take my insurance for ivf. So, my appts are with 2 new REs. Hope all is well with you guys, but I have to run. I will try to check in tonight.

Hi Ann, glad you're back and we've missed you. Hope you had a good mtg with your client. Yah i think doctor office's are terrible about returning phone calls.. Hopefully the other 2 you're looking at will be more attentive.
