Hello ladies...hoping to form part of your group. In the past I've never had an irregular cycle...I've always been a 31-33 day gal but last month (May) I got AF on May 3rd then again on May 21st!!!! That was so odd! I don't know if it had something to do with the medication that I'm taking to help me ovulate (femara)...who knows. Anyway...I'm also in the same boat..my insurance doesn't cover squat! urgghhh

Welcome Lalilove! So, you were always regular, just never ovulating, is that the deal? Have they figured out why yet?

stepmommel...thank you for the welcome. I don't know what the problem is....I've had previous ultrasounds showing that I do ovulate. My doctor doesn't know what it may be that's why he put me on femara thinking it would help...I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I guess I'm one of those with the unexplained infertility syndrome...ha ha. In the past I've had endometriosis and had a laporoscopy done to get rid of all that nasty stuff (I was thinking that had something to do with me not being able to get PG) but the DR says some get PG even with endo, how about that?

Lalilove, how long hae you been TTC? And will this be your first child?

hey you guys i was just browsing through and read some of what you all wrote i am ttc actually in the 2ww and i saw where some of you were taking injectibles and insurance didnt cover it go to fertility helplines .com and they have a program that will help get injectibles cheap but you have to sign up as a member and that is free and they send you an information packet it is worth a try i am not on injectibles so i dont think it would help me but you may want to look at it and see it may help you all

Hello ladies! I hope that you all had a good weekend! Melissa, I don't ever remember having the EWCM... I am now on CD 21. What day is everyone else on? I am so crazy about this babymaking that I was actually disappointed last night when I went to bed because dh and I did not bd and had not since Sat. morning. We have been at LEAST every other day. I am just paranoid that if I do ovulate, we might miss our chance. Having an irregular cycle is irritating. I wish that I knew I would only have a 2ww but who knows how long it will be until AF shows up? Sorry about ranting ladies, I am just frustrated.

Slowpoke, thanks so much for such an awesome resource! Not sue if/when I'll get to the point of needing injectibles, but I'll hand on to the info just in case. If you have any other resources like that, please fill us in!!!! Melissa, I'm now on CD22 and no OPK and my temps are still totally irratic - so frustrating! But today is finally my day for my final labs (I hope) before Clomid is prescribed. Otilia, you're not alone... not O'ing just means a minimum of a 4ww for us and it IS incredibly irritating and exhausting. Just keep plugging away and vent all you need... someday it'll happen! We've got to believe! :) Well ladies, I'm not too sure how much time I'll have to chat in the next few days. My 93 yr old grandmother was hospitalized over the weekend and I have been spending most of my time there with her, but I'll do my best to check in as often as I can. this should be fun trying to care for her and remain not stressed for TTC purposes, huh? :) Have a great day and keep positive!

I started on CD 44 (with spotting on CD43). Why do you ask? What 'cha thinkin'?

I am just bumming about the wait. Just thinking about when are group might get to hear some good news..... After all I don't even think about testing until at least CD 40...

I detest OPKs! I am the opposite of you though. Mine are ALWAYS positive. It can't be right and it drives me nuts! That's why I gave up on them. And I for the life of me can not keep up on BBT. So I guess I will not know if I am ovulating until I go to the doc on the 10th!

Hi Otilia, I agree with you, the temping is a pain - I don't even deal with that, haha!! I have had the OPKs work before so who knows what's going on?? Your appt on the 10th what is it for??

My appointment on the 10th is for a fertility follow-up. From the sounds of it I will start Clomid and a regular yearly exam:( But every time I go I get excited, because it is one step closer!
