Hi All, looks like there are a bunch of new people on here. Welcome. I've been out of pocket for the last day or so. I thought I would post and then read through the messages. I'm currently at 4dpiui. Nothing much to report. I am on progesterone shots this month instead of the suppository. They aren't bad except that my upper hips are sore from them. But if it means no bleeding due to the suppository then I am all for it. Brooke, how exciting you get to test on Saturday. Have you gone out to get your tests? What days past will you be on Saturday?

Hi Hannah, Saturday I will be 14 days post first IUI. I don't use home pregnancy tests. I just do the beta test. I know, some people think, I'm crazy, but I don't like to have any doubts. I'm feeling really positive because I have been having really sore and swollen breasts and I have been really crampy. Back pain also. I'm ususally not this sure, so if it's negative I will be really surprised. Wish me luck ladies and good luck to all of you always! Oh, I will post as soon as i know.

Brooke, that is so cool that you will find out early. Positive thoughts. I'm crossing on my limbs. Don't feel weird about getting a beta done. My RE requires the beta as well. Its part of their protocol. Mine is scheduled for next Friday. I've been having some back pain, but it probably is because my shots have made me sore, so I am compensating for the soreness with my back.

Hannah, do you thnk the progesterone suppositories could be giving me all the symptoms?

Hi Ladies - I hope you don't mind me joining as well. I am from Canada and I get it about the longer threads. Right now I am on clomid and doing my last chance before I begin IVF in a few months. I have to go in for a minor surgery next month so they will put me on birth control then. So...we'll see what happens this month. Justme...I am so sorry to hear about your loss, I hope your time comes right away. Ekoorb- I think it sounds pretty positive...I look forward to seeing what will happen. ekoorb_79 - I work in Manhattan & live in N. NJ. When I did my IUI cycles - I always bled Post IUI day 10. The first time I didn't take progesterone - the second time I took progesterone pills. Lots of luck to you!!! No bleeding is a good sign. I had another u/s this am - I have a lot of follicles! HCG tonight & retrieval on Sunday. I'm getting excited.

UGH.. RE just called and other decided it would be in my best interest if i waited to test Monday. That way we can talk about plan of action before we know if it's BFP or BFN...whatever. Hi everyone. Sorry i kinda dropped off for a couple days. Brooke, to get back to your question.....(sigh).......seven years off and on. Had one tubal pregnancy about 2 years ago after already battling w/ PCOS. My TTC story is a long one (not really up for telling the details today). But I think i'm about 16dpo and still getting BFNs and having all the pg signs in the world so i'm not at a good place right now. I think i'm really experiencing a recurring cyst on my right ovary b/c it's been aching there. Now i'm feeling very premenstrual and just ready for AF to get here so i can try again. Anyway, thanx for making this thread and for welcoming me!

BTW, i'm from Philly to be exact. What part of NY are you from?

Hi Guys - Ekoorb - about the hot flashes. When I first took Clomid my progesterone shot over 150 -and I didn't get any hot flashes. So lets just hope that its a BFP!!! I am sorry you have to wait till Monday now - I can hardly hear how it goes. TMF - only 2 more days til retrieval - you must be getting excited. Are you feeling all hormoned out? I was supposed to do IUI with clomid this month but they found a small polyp on my uterus - so I am not going to do IUI this month. It's kind of frustrating because I am all hormoned up from the clomid. I think we will try it au natural this month. Next month I can't do anything because I am scheduled for surgery and have to take b/c. (Can you imagine!!!) I have been trying to get pg for about 2 - 2 1/2 years. I just have a feeling that this is going to be a very successful thread!!! Karen

Well...finally Af started and I have an appointment Sunday with RE to check that the cysts are gone, which I pray they are...then Im starting back on Follistim with IUI to hopefully get my BFP!!!! Anyways, good luck to everyone and I have a feeling that we will see alot of BFP's in this thread!!
