I know Auburn, it can be tough seeing others around you becoming pregnant so easily, but you will have your baby too.Sounds like you have been doing everything to help make it happen. I will keep my fingers and toes crossed for you girl. You would be surprised how many women don't know when they O, myself included. I was also on clomid, but my doctor at the time was just giving me a prescription and not monitoring me at all.

Welcome TMR. Wow, what a story! It looks like you have had your share of ups and down as well. I wish all the best for you! IVF is pretty serious bussiness. If we could afford it, we would have tried it first. Hopefully this IUI cycle worked for me. I had 4 matture follicles and dh had record breaking 1 BILLION sperm count! I know it sounds crazy, but that's what happens when you don't get any...LOL. The only time he does is on IUI nights. LOL Good luck TMR and all my other new friends. I have to get back to work now.

Hi ekoorb_79 and everyone else.....a little about myself...DH and I have been TTC for 15mon...no luck yet...My RE has only found that I have a slightly elevated FSH..12 ughhh...anyways...I am 33...have a 7yr old daughter from a previous marriage...and desperatley want a baby with my new hubby....i have gone through 4 IUI's 2 with clomid and 2 with Follistim....and currently I am waiting for cysts to go away from last cycle..this is my 2nd rest cycle in a row....he put me on BCP this last month to see if that helps. today was my last pill and hopefully AF will start soon so I can go fo baseline u/s and start back on my Follistim and get back in the game....this is such a hard journey...but I am positive everything will work out.....Good luck to everyone TTC....it can be a tough road, but will be so worth it in the end.

Hi Hoping and welcome. Did you respond well when you were on follistim and clomid (follicles)?
I was also on clomid and this was my second round w/ follistim. I had developed a really large cyst when I was on clomid. Did the clomid cause the cyst for you? I was also put on bcp and it went away, so I'm sure you will be fine. Good luck and keep us posted.

Can I join you guys ? My story I am 39 and had my 1st child in 12/04. I m/c in 10-05 and got preg. again in 01/06. I gave birth to my 2nd son who was stillborn in Oct. 06. He died of a cord strangulation and a "true knot". I had the autopsy. Due to my age I have been trying to conceive since 12/06. I usually got pregnant pretty quick in the past. My dr. gave me clomid to jumpstart my cycle and I had an HSG and Fsh levels and all were good. I am just really frustrated missing the little 6month old boy I should have with me now. We came home from the hospital with a box (momentos) and everyone else had a baby. It is just cruel and the desperation to get pregnany is overwhelming. I have an infertility appointment next week. I am not leaving this to chance. I am on CD 21. Wishing you all luck and hoping to be able to share experiences and hope and many BFP's.

Hey ekoorb_79...I responded with the Follistim..the 1st round I had 4 follicles and the 2nd I had 3 follicles...thats when I got this cyst...I pray it is gone! My RE is going to increase my Follistim to 225U once a day...once I am all clear....We are trying this 2 more cycles and if no luck..we are on to IVF. Good luck everyone....just me 100...Im so sorry to hear of your loss...Ive had 3 misscarriages in the past and I know its very hard...I will be praying for you!!

ekoorb_79 - thanks for the well wishes. we are able to do the IVF bc our health insurance pays for 3 cycles. I went to the dr this am - i have a lot of follicles and am scheduled to have my retrieval on sunday. things are moving along so I hope I have better luck this time around. As I said previously, I had 2 IUI cycles which were unsuccessful. I'm thinking only positive thoughts!!!

recommends 3, and this is my second, but if it doesn't work it will be my last. Where has everyone else been? HANNAH, how are you feeling? Any symptoms? TMR, do you know when your retrievel is going to be? How long after will you have your procedure? Alicia, Auburn how are you girls?

Hi girls, RE called and she wants me to test on Saturday instead of Monday, so I guess I will know a little sooner. I have been having crazy hot flashes all day...hmmm. Anyone else getting hot flashes?

Hi All, looks like there are a bunch of new people on here. Welcome. I've been out of pocket for the last day or so. I thought I would post and then read through the messages. I'm currently at 4dpiui. Nothing much to report. I am on progesterone shots this month instead of the suppository. They aren't bad except that my upper hips are sore from them. But if it means no bleeding due to the suppository then I am all for it. Brooke, how exciting you get to test on Saturday. Have you gone out to get your tests? What days past will you be on Saturday?
