Hi,
Did anyone of the one using Vitex had side effects? I feel a bit of nousia but not sure if it is that or somthing else

Hi, I've been taking Vitex for 3 months, and never any side effects. It is very gentle. Make sure you are not taking too much and maybe take it with something in your stomach. I feel nauseous if I take vitamins and herbs on an empty stomach. Good Luck:)
