Hey Ladies - well i had my consult yesterday with my dr. and it went well and i got to ask lots of questions too - i also got a little upset while i was there! He did say i could use an accupunturist if that would help relieve my stress and relax me so i may look into that and call my insurance!We decided we are going to up my dosage this new cycle to 3 vials of repro and gonal f plus assisted hatching - i really hope this does the trick. If this cycle doesnt work we will test chromosomes in the embryo - some sort of genetic testing they recommend you doing - it costs 4K can you believe that! Also with the higher dosages that means more money for meds!! Also the dr. i like the best will be gone the week of my ER and ET what can you do though? It looks like my ER will be the 1st week in December! Also i'm freaking out there is something wrong with my eggs as they always seem to grow a little slow - hope that is okay!!! Katt thanks for starting the new thread and also sorry about darn AF showing!! Rhonda so glad you can keep your electric on - yeah!! Leslie - your dd sounds so cute in her outfit! Hi girls! Katt, I'm already a fan, I love reading your posts. Very cool about your doc writing the forward of your book. Oh and thanks for the jumping hug, that made me laugh. :) Tanya, I feel the same way about the women here. When I went looking for ttc support, I never imagined finding a group of women who would become my close friends, ttc or not. Any plans without dh being home? Leslie, your u/s app sounds like it went really well. How cute that you got to see the baby so closely. Robyn, how exciting to start your ivf shots, any side effects from them? Only a few more weeks until you do e/r. I hope the time passes quickly. Melissa, how are you doing? Kelley, I hope that little girl moves head first. A c section doesn't sound like fun. You still have time. Christine, I know it sounds funny having a BIL that's 9, we have the same thing. Since my sis is 13 my dh has a SIL that's 13! Gayle, I'm feeling good today. My tummy is feeling better. The nurse said it'd just hormones. A huge thanks to everyone for being so supportive and keeping me in your prayers. I couldn't imagine doing this witout all of you.

I am extremely bored and really dont feel like working. I wish it was 5 already. Arghhhh.

Happy Friday Everyone! There isn't anything new with me, just trying to get used to this whole nausea thing all day long. I feel sick if I eat until I'm full, I feel sick if my belly is empty. I can't seem to find the balance to easy so I sit here all day and take a bit of something and wait a min to see how it is going to feel. I look so stupid, I have a piece of food in my hand all day long! Leslie-it sounds like the baby is ready to go! :) Are you waiting to find out the sex of your baby? I like that idea, I think that is what we are going to do. It sounds like it would be so exciting. If I can bring myself to wait that long. Shoot, I can't tell myself no on a extra piece of cake let alone wait 9 mo. for something like that. I'm kidding myself.. Robyn-Your first round of injections sounds exciting and hard at the same time. I can't wait to hear how it goes. Brooke-Nausea is a good thing (although we don't have to love it). And I'm so glad your numbers are good! Please keep me updated on how you are! Kelley-How far along are you? Try not to worry to much though, you still have time. Lyric- Welcome to the group! I'm pretty new myself but these girls are great! Rhonda- I'm so glad your power is still on! I have to say that I have been very worried about that for you. Hey girls, have some reading to catch up on. MELISSA - i cannot friggin believe you are going to have spend anouther 4g's what are they testing for when you say genetic testing? Did you also say AH? I know thats another additional expense and now more meds another expense. I swear these doctors think we are made out of money. Just open up the wallet and watch it grow!!! Well we should be that far behind one another. I will be like a week or so ahead of you for E/R. HEATHER - sorry to hear that you are feeling sick but thats great could you imagine if you didnt go to the doc you wouldve wound up like me just going on with life and BAM 17 weeks and 2 days preggo you find out LOL!!! Hey I was only preggo for like 5 months it went so fast!!! I also had a C-section. Alot of people dont want them I personally did not care. I didnt have a choice the recovery time sucks but you have no control it is what it is. I will have to have another one if we get a BFP. GAYLE glad youre feeling well and no M/S yet. That would be awesome if you didnt get any and just sailed thru the next 9 months. As for my house today they finished the floors they miscalculated and we were short a box of wood in the dining room so now thats fixed. The house looks awesome cant believe I can finally say that. They put the carpet in on Monday on the stairs. They are bringing in a plumber tomorrow morning to look at a small leak underneath the sink. The foreman has been at my house everyday he said he will be crucified if anything happens to my house. Anyway... I will check in a little while I am at work. Oh.. hi to everyone. Hello everyone - today is going pretty well for me. Its still raining here so I went up to Costco and bought a winter coat in a giant size so I can go watch dd's soccer game tomorrow. Its my last one I get to travel to. Its about 1 hour away and after this they are going to be about 2 hours away and I can't be that far from the hospital. I can't believe its time to start thinking like that. Kelley - you still have time for baby to go head down. Would they consider an inversion? (where they try to turn the baby). I'm also concerned about having a c-section, so I'll keep you updated on what my doctor says about it. Christine - sounds like were all worrying about the same delivery options! They are trying to decide with me if the baby is going to be too big for me to deliver too. The head is okay, I guess what you have to watch is the shoulders, if they are too big it can cause problems during delivery. Oh and I'm about 36 1/2 weeks right now. Heather - yeah were waiting to find out. Its been hard, especially now when I want to get everything ready to go, like a going home outfit and a diaper bag etc. But I think it will be fun also, a good surprise for everyone. Brooke- I'm glad your feeling a little better. I had really bad morning sickness starting about 6 weeks and it lasted until my 2nd trimester began The good thing is you don't gain much weight when you can't eat! Melissa & Robyn - sounds like you both may get a fabulous Christmas present. Hey Robyn - how long did it take you to recover from your c-section and what kinds of restrictions did they put on you? Tanya - I'm sorry you're bored today. Those days always seem to last forever. I just had a regular ultrasound, not 4 - d which would've been fun, but we could see quite a bit since the baby is less alien looking and looks more like a newborn now. Well, I've got to make myself some lunch and then I'm going to starting washing baby clothes and blankets. Its time to nest! Talk to you all soon.

Robyn the AH is included in our price - the genetic testing is an extra 4K but we are going to wait and do that next cyce if this one doesnt work - they test for chromosonal defects. Heather congrats on your BFP!!! I think i missed that on the other post!! Fill me in!! Alright well im heading to dinner now, will post tomorrow!

Katt-Wow I miss the deal on your book and your Doc.! Thats so cool! I'm happy for you, I'm know it will be great! Mel-In a short version of the story I went to my u/s on Halloween to look for tumors or cysts and they found a heart beat instead. Needless to say I am upset with the Doc. office and no one seems to know why or how I ovulated without a AF. Oh well. I'm happy now just scared every time I sneez. HA! Anyone else do that? I freak out every time I have to sneez. :D Have a good weekend girls...

I'll see what I can come up with, but I think a "hello" from everyone would be key to getting us ALL to the show, rather than the producers saying all we need is one family. If we want to take advantage of meeting eachother then I think that is the best way to go, no? So if we jotted down our brief history exactly like we were welcoming a newbie i.e. Oprah, I think that would be creative and emotional yet presented as a essay. Make sense? I will be sending out a questionaire; even though I do have over 1000 pages of information it will really help me develope the characters better. So look for that. I am not pg but am taking this quitting smoking pill and it makes me feel just like you described - it's horrid! Oh and I would check into a new Doc. Well girls it's time to figureout dinner, I am starving - why I wait until I am famished I have no idea because I start munching on junk until dinner and still eat that. Oh the habits we get ourselves in to. Speaking of habits, I still can't get past 4 o'clock, lol at 3 or 4 I want to smoke and it's the only time it tastes good. Dunno, but it's coming along okay. My doc is going to make an inquiry for me about the Chantix and the nausea being paralell with the Viagra issue as it appears that Pfiser uses the exact same coating for both pills; so I am thinking sublingual maybe for Chantix like they are doing with Viagra. Ok I am completely finished rambling...well I am not, I have so much more to say, but I should stop - so I will. Babydust and love to you all! Cyas!

awe geez, no one post yet...oh well i got something to say again.... I get to stick my hubby Sunday and take his blood! YAY! The endo ordered CMP, Thyroid Profile, Growth hormone, cortisol (which has to be drawn exactly 1 hr after waking, hence doing it Sunday), and repeating prolactin. I expect to see the results by Friday. Will let you know what they are...i love working for a lab in times like these! Ok Ghost Whisperer is on so I am outta here. Luvyas!

oh and don't order that Brooklyn Pizza from Dominos if available in your area - IT SUCKS! Nothing at all like NY pizza - nothing at all...it's greezzzy...so greeezzzy the dough on the bottom was WET like you'd put a piece a bread in water - it was nasty!!! BYE

Hey girls, I did my 2nd injection by myself tonite!!! Jason came to work and brought the box of medicine. He said I want you to try this on your own since I wont be here for 3 days. I was so nervous. It felt so weird sticking a needle into your own stomach. But I did it. At first I couldnt get it in. I started freaking out. Then Jasons like just stick it in your skin youre fine and I did it. It didnt hurt. But the area is a little itchy. Anyway LESLIE - the restrictions as I remember were no driving for 6 weeks, no lifting, no climbing the stairs, you have to be careful. The only time they wanted me really holding my son was when I was lying in bed. My x-husband had to take care of my son alot more because I couldnt really walk the 1st few days and when we got home they really want you to take it easy. So it took a lot of time to try and get out of bed to pull yourself up and try and be normal. But my parents were over and wouldnt let me lift a finger. (which wasnt half bad)!! Anyway the c-section itself didnt hurt. Its just a much harder and longer recovery. KATT - I cant believe you took your own hubbys blood. I could never do that I cant even look at my own blood I would pass out. I laugh because of all the stuff I have seen over the years and I cant look at my own blood being taken. Anyway getting ready to go home I will check in a little while. CYAS

Hi girls how are you all doing?Well mark put in an application for a security job,now we have to wait and see if they call.Fingers crossed.Well i had a dr appointment yesterday and the dr said my u/s from the 31st looked really good.I gained 3 lbs since last month visit.My next appoint.on the 30th i will do the gluclose test"yuck"i hate that drink.Well marks grandmother passed away today,and he is very upset.We dont know when the funeral is yet.Is everyone doing alright?I really hope you all are.You are a terriffic bunch of girls and anyone who joins this thread is very lucky."HUGS" to each one of you.

RHONDA - I am sorry to hear about Marks grandmother passing. I am also happy on the other hand to hear he put in for a job. I will keep my fingers crossed for you guys.
