Ali - what's next for me? With the program I am in, I take Clomid for days 2-6, then on day 7 go for bloodwork and u/s. From there they tell me howmuch purgeron to give and for how long, go back in for my bloodwork and u/s until they tell me things are at the right stage, then give myself a shot of ovidril onenight at 10pm, next day nothing, day following go for IUI........my dh is great at helping me with the shots - I kind of freeze - hard to jab yourself while watching......this site has really helped me, and I am trying to work on being positive about this coming month.....hopefully this will be the one.

Isa I would think the cramps are an interesting sign. Bethany can they tell from your sono on day 7 when your ready to ovulate? And what is the purgeron for? Calling Dr. Lee.............

I went Fri for the iui and we think we missed ovulation. ( just as i told the re we would by waiting until fri ). This month has been a bust from the beginning! Nothing seems to be going right. I will schedule my Lap surgery when i get AF. I figure i will get the surgery in about 3 weeks. Then i go onto injectables but at this point i'm not sure how far i will take this. Why didn't your Re want you to do another iui this cycle? I think your right, Liz is gone..I hope she is doing okay. **baby Dust**

Becky am I remembering that tomorrow is test day for you? Keep us posted and baby dust to you. Are you feeling anything?about 36 more hours and I'll have my results. Toni, wow tomorrows a big day- keep us posted on what you learn. Lets hope this week is a big week of excellent news. Christy, I'm sorry you think you missed your ovulation. I was told the egg lasts in a good situation up to 3 days so maybe you still got within that range and by doing the iui it got the little guys up there even faster.

Hello Ladies... Isa my test day is Friday the 11th.. I am on 9dp iui... I have so pains in my lower abs near pelvic area.. It realy hurts if a move a certin way... I don't want to get my hopes... Baby dust to all.. Good luck tommorow Toni..

Toni- puregon is a follicle Stimulating Hormone which helps keep 3-4 eggs growing in an orderly manner (took that from the DR's notes can you tell?).....had to do injections on Day 7 thru 12 and had two u/s and bloodwork done in between there; then on Day 13 - ovidrel injection and then IUI two days later

Christy- so sorry that you think you missed O, but you just never know, so we'll keep our fingers crossed. I think my RE just figures that another IUI is lost hope at this point until the get some of the junk that's floating around in me out... so the Lap is scheduled for Dec 1, and after that I guess maybe I'm on to injectables too. My RE nevered talked much about after the surgery. I have a question for all... I've been told that I will need an abdominal cerclage after a viable pg. Do you think that I should ask for one while he's already in there for Lap??? I guess it's more a question for him, but maybe one of you has some experience with this... DR. LEE??? any ideas?? AmyR sorry I can't answer your question. Toni it's MONDAY yeah - cant wait to hear what you see and learn today. I took my last of the cheapy hpt's this morning and got another bfn but not surprised its still only cd 25 and 12 dpo/iui. blood test tomorrow cant come too soon but not very hopeful.I'm sure someone was supposed to test today but I dont remmeber who I just remember them saying Nov 7. So I had the wierdest dream this morning. It was Christmas time (I know because the tree was up and presents under it). I took a 1st response and got a BFP so I went and got a digital test because I couldn't believe it. When I used the digital test, not only did it say pregnant but it said how many kids and the sexes (guessing this was for my entire life). It was so strange but it was so clear. I don't know what to think about this. I know that for sure I am going to do another IUI this year so I am hopeful for a BFP from it. I have never really had a dream be so clear and stay in my mind like this one. Any thoughts?

Unfortunately, I AF came yesterday! I was so disappointed. But life goes on!Toni, you live in Dallas too! Wow! Are you happy with your RE? If yes, would you mind telling me who you go to. I am in the process of deciding on an RE to proceed with injectibles and IUI.

Hello Ladies! Thought I would jump on your thread. I go for an u/s on Wed. and hopefully have my first IUI Thur.! I am both excited and nervous. I havent been sleeping lately. Been having dreams of them finding more cyst. (I had my R ovary removed in Sept)...Just thought I would say HI. It is nice to find a thread that focuses alot on IUI. Anyone here have beginers luck with their first IUI?

Jeana, I got pregnant on my first IUI, even though our chances of conception were only 5% due to my husband's sperm morphology. It is definitely possible! Good luck to you!

Wasn't this Toni's 1st IUI or was it her 2nd?
