from isa -how do you find out those mutation things? Is it just simple bloodwork or is it more complex testing? Definately o'd, temp still up YEAH

Toni - You didn't ofend me. Don't worry. I meant I feel negative about IUI because of these cramps...It feels like AF cramps... the same I have every cycle couple days before AF. Take care.

Solnage, I had cramps after my IUI for about 3 days, then cramps about 6 dpiui which I now think was implantation and then cramps the day before I tested.

Good morning all.....well not as crampy as I was after IUI but last night felt like I had swallowed a balloon or something......very strange feeling......anyways just taking it easy really and trying not to dwell on what may be.......can test on the 29th so hopefully I will get a BFp for a late Christmas present, early New Year's celebration will definitely take place....cheers, baby dust to all and happy holidays

Hi everybody!!! Progesterone level checked today (8 days after HCG, 6 days after last IUI and cd 21) = 22.5. The nurse called to say that it is good number and to keep taking oral progesterone twice a day. My progesterone level after 2nd IUI was 50... Some thoughts??? Is is really good number?? This 2ww is making me nuts...:-)

Hello Ladies.. How's everyone. I got af yesterday with some really bad cramps.. My friend had her baby I was going to go see her but my cramps were so bad.. My dr said that my linning is double the thickness has to work extra hard.. I had to take a pain pill.. I feeling a little better today.. I hope that I can get pg on my own... Baby dust to all...

Hei girls. My 3rd IUI didn't work... AF just showed up only 8 days after 2nd day insemination and 10 days after HCG... All 3 IUIs MY period became really short during these 3 IUIs...It is really sad because I've never have the chance to wait for the 14 days for hpt...actually, just few days after IUI I start to have cramps and I kind of knew that I wasn't pregnant.... I don't know what to do next... My insurance covers up to 6 IUIs and RE thinks I can have 4 but I am not sure if I want to go through this again since my FSH level is 11 and increasing too fast last months....Lost and hopeless... hope better tomorrow... Becky and Solange so sorry to hear af showed up. Becky do you know why your lining is double? I can barely get mine to be ok (I"m thin or borderline usually)? Solange I dont know much about fsh levels but from what I was told the one month I asked what mine was it was a 12.3 (I'm 40) and I was told from what I recall that 10 and under is great 11-15 ok -but should keep it in mind in conjunction with the rest of the levels and act accordingly (dont waste time basically he told us to try now and dont wait til a later time to get pg) and 20and higher you need to use someone else's eggs. My RE has said levels due change up and down so try not to focus just on the one month on one level but the whole picture of things put together. I would book appt with RE and ask questions like why does af come so early after iui and what can he do to make that not happen etc. Maybe more testing is needed? I know it's not easy but hopefully you can get some answers. Maybe post a question on a new thread and see if others are having that same problem and see what they are doing about it.

Hello.. Isa my lining was always good that one thing that I do have the is good.. I take the prometrim that also make the lining thick. I have to get my b/w done b/c I stopped bleeding on sat. Only had my period for 1 day. Have to make sure not pg. Baby dust to all

from isa - Becky what days do you take the prometrium (re your lining?) the day after my 2nd iui's he has me on 2 progesterone suppositories but by then it is too late to worry about lining. When he gave me the estrogen pills it was on day 10 both months to thicken before the iui's. If not thick enough they cancel the iui's until the next month. So far I was lucky enough the pills increased it quickly and we went ahead but I'm trying to preplan the next cycle or 2.

where is everyone? Lee: I saw an adoption story on a lady who adopted a boy from an orphanage in guatemala and then went back 2 years later for another boy. I thought of you the whole time I watched the 1/2 hour show. It will be so exciting for you to go pick up your little one. Toni how you feeling, has the spotting left finally? My temp did a major drop this morning from yesterday (not that I am surprised). I am planning to go in Friday for a beta (12dpo) if af doesnt show up as its the last day clinic is open until jan and if I am not pg I want to know for sure so I can at least have a glass of wine at xmas if I feel like it. Hoping you are all doing well.

Well, I had a great doctor visit!!! 3 follicles 19.6, 18.3 (on the right) and 17.4 (on the left) Wahooh!! My best ever!! I am having IUI on 23rd and 24th. I am going to keep praying that this month is "the" month!!! How is everyone else doing?

Good evening everyone. Just a quick note to wish everyone a Merry Christmas / Happy Holidays......just 7 dpi now and will know by the New Year if we are expecting.....not taking anything for granted this time just laying low and enjoying the holidays....not going to hold my breath just see how things go.
