hello ladies...well i read alot of you talk about ur leteal phase(if thats the correct spelling) ...can anyone tell me exactly wat that is and how important is it for us ...

Its the length from ovualtion to our period..it is the time when fertilization and implantation would take place. It is important because of that, also. Ones luteal phase needs to be a certain length to sustain a pregnancy. I think it needs to be at least 10 days but Im not sure about that.
