Thanks for that Elizabeth. That makes me feel better. I am just getting excited.
I am praying it's there.
My nips started hurting last night, then today just fine...How odd. I am hoping it's a case of appearing then disappering symptoms that are common in pg.
Keeping my fingers crossed for all of us :)
Baby dust.

Hey ladies. TL, yes, I am on the 2ww too. As a matter of fact, it's been one week since my iui. I have a few more days to go! Have you tested today? Ann, have you taken more Folistim than last time? Follistim is enlarge our ovaries a lot. Maybe that's why you feel bloated too. You will take the trigger tonight, right? How are you feeling? Elyse, do you still feel too bloated? Does it still hurt when you move around? Elizabeth, hopefully you dr will know exactly what went wrong so that he can avoid that in your next cycle. Our bodies are so different... sometimes it takes time for the dr to find out what works better for each one of us. I am feeling fine, not as bloated as before. I have been experiencing af cramps (in my case is back pain). The first time was Saturday night and since then, the pain comes and goes. Have you guys heard about it? Oh, well, I hope it's for a good reason, right? There is nothing to do besides wait, wait & wait.

Ann1 - May 3

Nata, I have taken Follistim for longer, so yes I have taken more. I have taken about 1200 total this time and took 750 last time. I have also taken twice as much Menopur. 37 shots so far now...I hope I trigger today. I haven't heard anything about back pain. I hope it subsides for you. I have been a little crazy at work, but I will check in when I can. Hope you guys have a good day.

Nata - May 3

Ann, my back pain is af related. I always have back pain the day af shows up. For some reason, I have been experiencing it on & off. Oh, good luck today. Will you do an u/s before the trigger?

Ann1 - May 3

Hi Nata, yes, I have an u/s at 3:30 today. I will let you know how the follies go. I have back pain from af sometimes. I thought you were asking if anyone had experienced back pain from the meds. Are you 7dpo today?

Nata - May 3

Ann, yes, I had iui last Wednesday. I'm so scared. In fact, I'm am pretty optimistic but you know, we can't be sure of anything at this point. Let us know how great your follies will be. I'm excited for you. Wow, you had a ton of shots, didn't you? I had 11 shots of 100 Follistim. If you trigger tonight, you should have an iui on Friday, right? Can you take the day off?

Ann1 - May 3

Yes, iui should be on Friday, if they trigger today. I am going to try to take the day off, but I don't know if that will be possible or not...are you going to test on Sunday or Monday or a different day?

Nata - May 3

Ann, I might test on Monday (not earlier than that for sure). How is your week going?

Ann1 - May 3

Week is getting a little crazy. I just got out of a 1.5 hour meeting that was totally pointless (HR stuff), which doesn't help today! Plus the RE appt. I just talked to my dh. He is going to my appt w/me. How is your week going?

Elyse - May 3

Ann, you actually took 37 shots of Menopur? Yikes! I was on 3 ams/day, but I was mixing them all together and only taking one shot. I'm sorry you have to do that. Nata, only 1 week left - hooray! Do you get the progesterone bw on 7 dpo? I still feel very uncomfortable - my upper and lower abdomen are distended and I have back pain through the night and in the morning. The nurse said that it will probably not subside until I get my period or, if I am pg - a litle longer. M ovaries just got hge ths month and apparently the meds keep the ovaries enlarged to support a pg. I don't relly understand that part of what she said, but I was not in the mood to ask her to explain.

Elyse - May 3

Wow - sorry for all the spelling errors. I'm very tired today.

Ann1 - May 3

Elyse, oh great about how long the swollen stuff lasts!! I was hoping it would go away sooner. No, I don't take 37 of Menopur. I take Lupron twice/day every day, Follistim I have taken once/day every day but one, and Menopur I have done 4 days. All that adds up to 37. I guess it is a good think your ovaries are enlarged so they can support your BFP!!

Elyse - May 3

Sorry I was so confused - I truly don't think my neurons are firing today.

Ann1 - May 3

I just got back from the RE. My follies are weird this month. Now I have a 22 and a 15.7 on my right and a 15.4 on my left. I think he may have said something about a 13 on my left, too, but I can't remember. I have to do another 150 of Follistim tonight and then trigger tomorrow night. I will have iui Saturday morning now. I am so glad about that, because I won't have to deal with work!!

Elyse - May 3

Ann, that's awesome. By Sat those follies will be so juicy and ready to party with the sperm. Glad you can do it on Sat and then relax all weekend wothout dealing with work. It makes it so much nicer when you can inseminate and then go for a nice breakfast or lunch and relax with dh.

Ann1 - May 3

Elyse, that sure is the truth!! I love to go home and lay in bed and feel like I am keeping the sperm up there longer. I know they say it isn't necessary, but it makes me feel better! How are you doing with the 2ww? Did you have a good time at your retreat?
