CAI: That is incredible!!!! I am so happy for you! I hope so much that you have a happy, healthy pregnancy! My two week wait is up on monday. and I am terrified to test...so I'm just gonna wait this time and see if AF shows up, which last time, happened on the afternoon of 14dpiui, so we'll see what happens!! Here's hopin' the evil which doesn't show her face on Monday!!

sorry its been so long all. It's been a tough month. I am almost finished with my second round of Clomid, and will probably have my IUI on Saturday. CAI- Congratulations, I am so happy for you! And LFISHER, congrats too! Your second IUI working is giving me a bit of hope. :)

well had my ultrasound today to check on my follies and unfortunately not much happened, my lining wasn't at 7 yet and I had follies but nothing big enough to do anything about - the biggest was barely at 11mm. They took blood today to see what my hormone levels are at but I'm not optomistic anymore. I'm ready to give up and I only just started. This is just too much for me. Good Luck to everyone else still TTC!!

CAI, it really was our month! I just got my BFP! I am in SHOCK. I can't belive it!! I'm still tearing up! Good luck to you, and all the others out there! I will go for bloodwork tomorrow, so hopefully everything is good!

Apparently I freaked for nothing, I got my blood test results back today and my progesterone level was at 15 indicating I ovulated on my own and before day 13. So now I guess I'm in the 2WW only baby danced once before the appt on Monday b/c of abstaining for IUI so hoping maybe we did that around O time. Will start clomid again next cycle and do ultrasound screening on day 11 this next time.

Hello all! Just dropping in to see how everyone is doing. Congrats to all of those who have gotten BFP!!!!! That is so awesome! And to those who haven't gotten a BFP, just keep trying!! I know how frustrating it is, but GOD is in control! I go to the RE on Monday (Apr. 19) to hear our baby's heartbeat and see how many there are. But I am soooo scared of having molar preg. or tubal preg. or empty sac with no baby...I am FREAKING out! So please keep me in your prayers. I am still praying for all of you. I will update you on Monday :-) Lots of baby dust to you all!

Hi, everyone! I just had my first IUI yesterday, and the waiting is already killing me! We had twins but they were early and are in heaven. We have been ttc for 2 yrs. We have since had three mc. So doc put us on two months of clomid 50mg, and now clomid 50mg w/IUI. My prog levels were low and that is why we keep mc. but the clomid worked for that. I have all my hopes in this, if it didn't work I will be devastated. But I can get pg, that isn't our prob, it is just maintaining that is the hurdle. This has been such a roller coaster, and I am ready to get off.

allypearl_2ww is 2 week wait aka the longest 2 weeks ever
TNmommyof3_ i know that feeling. i've been pregnant a couple of times and have no baby to show for it. it is just like a roller coaster.
i will keep both of you in my prayers. i had my 1st iui on april 12th so it sounds like we will all find out about the same time. baby dust

Hi everyone. I just found this forum and I am really happy that I did. My hubby and I have been trying to get pregnant for 22 months and it's been an emotional roller coaster for us (we've done clomid, femara, gonal f, ovidrel trigger shots, etc). This is my 3rd cycle with Gonal F (so far 37.5 IU for the last week- dr. started my low because last cycle needed to be canceled) anyways, we will be having our 1st IUI done with ovidrel trigger shot (hopefully sometime this coming week, depending on U/S and blood work tomorrow.) Anyway, I just wanted to hear positive stories and know that it is possible! BFP's to everyone!

I am so glad I found this site! My DH and I have been ttc for 2 years. We have both been tested and shouldn't be having any problems getting pregnant so we are labeled unexplained. I did 4 rounds of Clomid last year with no luck. I have also had a chemical pregnancy in the past. We will be trying IUIs for the first time this summer. Since we are both teachers we thought the summer would be the easiest to begin the IUI process. I will be taking Clomid again with the IUIs. I feel like I have no one to talk to as all my friends and family members haven't had any problems getting pregnant. My DH is tired of talking about it and watching me cry every month when my AF comes. This month I was a week late and already had the nursery planned...NUTS! I always get my hopes up. Oh well.

Is an IUI painful?

manhat - April 19

Hi rtm...welcome to the forum! IUi is not at all painful. but again it depends how tight is ur uterus. i had mild pain during IUI process and my doc told its bcoz my uterus is tight. the pain was very mild as taking an injection. i had BFN in the morning test...however, will repeat the test after 4-5 days if my red aunt do not turn up :P

whitney412 - April 19

I would like to know how everyone found out how many follies they have prior to the IUI? Are you doing a special test? My doctor just told me to take the Clomid and ovulation tests and to call him when I am ovulating.
