Monica, I think if you read up on Clomid that is says you should O about 5-8 days after you last pill....I think you would have a better chance with cd 5-9 seeing as if you do not see dh till 12/21 and IF you do O 5-8 days after last pill than that would put you Oing closer to the time you see dh....I O'd 8days after and 7 days after the last pill on my two round of clomid which for me were cd 16 the first month and cd15 the second month and before I started Clomid I O'd around the 16th as well....so it may or may not make a difference in when you O...you may still O on your usual schedule.... Geez...its going to be a tough call for this next cycle.... I wish I could be of more help....but I think if you take it cd 3-7 you may O too early.... Let me see if I can find a website about Clomid that might help you......

Kristi! Thanks hun for being the only one to reply to me.... That kind of pisses me off how I've been here supporting everyone & when I have a "please help" thread it goes by the way-side. Geesh -anyway just to follow up to your post.... If clomid typically has you O 5-8 days after your last pill then like I said in my post, if I take ot 3-7, I see Chris on what will bay day 6 AFTER the last clomid - I will be with him / BD'ing with him on what will be days 6, 7 & 8 AFTER the last clomid pill. My cd's will be 13, 14 & 15... As I hadnt been O'ing natuarlly till cd 23 the past few months because my cycle was elongated from all the Ovulex bullshit I was taking... prior to August my cycle was always 28 -29 days.. By this last going from 36 to 31, I am thinking I may O sooner (hoping I guess)... Anyway - like I said, if your 5-8 after last pill is correct, I will be with him right on time.... If I go 5-9 I will see him on what will be 15 dyas after last clomid pill with my cd's being 25 & up.... For some reason, I just feel that that will be to late! Do you understand?! Ah, who am I kidding - at this point month # 16 - 18 will be out the window if this dosen somehow work... & really?! Who's to say that the clomid will work anyway - I should just throw the fucking towel in! Pardon my french but I am so frustrated!! Argh - let me know what you think! God, I wish Nic would report back with her O as she & I were so close in cycles....

Kristi - & now, I didnt think it was right to add in with my woes your joys so.... How are you!?!? How are you feeling?!?! I thought it was so cute to hear of how excited your husband is!! The baby names research is just too cute! I am so happy for you! Please dont even for a second think that we dont want to hear all that your going thru. Yes, it is hard to hear of other peoples PG success when you are TTC, but you were just in the 2ww with us - we are bonded thru our knowledge of the TTc lingo, the AF frustrations & the support group wee built! I know Shawna will agree & she is thrilled to be useful with PG info! I'm delighted to hear about whats happening with you - so please stay & glow & share & know that we are here for you!!! Monica, I am so sorry you are having to go through this with Chris being out of town, how frustrating it must be to try to get it all timed right.... I would just do whatever you think is best for you. I have always taken the clomid cd 3-7 even when I took it 10 years ago. I really think it is just each Dr preference as I have read that the norm used to be 5-9 and now is becoming 3-7 and some are even doing 1-5. In fact, my Dr just told me to kinda make my own judgement call on it this last month seeing as I always spot for a few days before I start and the first month I counted the spotting days and the second month I did not, I just counted from actual AF. I could not find a good website about when it should make you O...I will check tomorrow some more, becuase I know I seen it somewhere. Anyway, I am rambling a bit....I just dont have an exact answer for you....just do the counting like you are and do what you think will be of the most benefit. I had said the 5-9 from what I was counting off of what you were saying, but you know better than I do your cycle and stuff. So when would your regular O be if you were not on the Clomid? Actually, how off is your regular O from what you are predicting from the clomid O?? I saw your post and there have been two people respond to it....don't know that they are much help, but you might find some help on some of the other clomid posts....there are clomid posts on some of the other forums as well. Let me know what you decide to do. Maybe Nic was going out of town for the Holiday?? Have been waiting to hear from her as well.... Hang in there, I will be thinking of you!!

Monica, thank you for what you said about wanting to hear how things are going for me ;-) I am doing fine, the breasts are starting to get really sore, almost feel like they are burning, kinda like really sunburned or something, and I still feel like I am going to start AF at any time....I still check the toilet paper EVERY time I go the bathroom to make sure there is no blood....geez...see it doenst get much better being pg....just a whole different set of worries and fears!! I should hear back from dr tomorrow about how my hcg levels came out last week. I will let you all know how that comes out....betting she will have me come back and test again, becuase I just really think it was so early on last week, so I am going to try to NOT get upset if she wants to test again....from what I have read on some of the pg forums, what I am feeling and the light lines on everything is pretty normal, so we will see. Talk to you tomorrow and hope you have a better idea of what you are going to do!!

Hey ladies, sorry i have been mia but i have been out of town. Well i have no news. As of today cd 18 i have had no + ov. I thought that i did one day but really im not sure. I guess that we will see. I am so frustrated with this whole process. If i ov when i thought i did, i should start my period on dec 3. Hope things are going better for all of you. I bought a basal temp. therm. for next month so maybe i will have a better idea of when i ov. I am having some cramping on my right side today though. Who knows what it is!

Ok, heard from Dr today about my HCG levels, she said they are like 58 or 59, i dont remember, I think this is low, but she said I may just not be as far along as we think....i have to go back in the morning and do another blood test and they should have gone way up - they should double every 2-3 days actually. When I do a search online about levels, they are just soooo broad, but my numbers do fall into most of the guidelines, so just not sure what to think ya know. will let you all know when i get the test results back....should be Wednesday sometime. Ok, i am just totally putting myself through hell here i think....you know, if i would not have insisted on getting a blood test i probably would not have even gotten my hcg levels checked since no one i know who has kids has ever had thier levels checked, or at least that they know of, which of course could just mean that they were fine so thier dr had no reason to go over it with them.....i dont know. i wish i would have just gone with the hpt bfp and not worried about all this blood work shit, now i have to stress for two more days till i hear that my levels have gone up like they should!! im driving myself crazy!!! i think i will go home and have a good cry this evening and sit my ass on the couch and watch tv all night and do nothing...geez. Sorry, just had to vent a little... ;-)

Monica, I'm sorry you are in such a predicament. We were away all weekend and I wa not around a computer all day. I don't know anything about clomid so I am no help there, but if you need a laugh or some other words of advice, I would love to help. I am sending all my baby dust to you because I have no idea when I may use it! Kristi, please don't feel like you can't share this with us. It is such an exciting time for you and Dave you shouldm't be scared to share it. I love hearing pregnancy stories and I love to share mine. Anyway, I am really tired and it is late.
