Hi everyone! Hey Gabby, I finished my last Clomid today... Last night I had a huge hot flush, only lasted for a little while, but i felt boiling hot! Ohter than that, I am feeling a bit strange today - not really 'with it' - but I'm not sure if that's the Clomid or if I'm just tired! Great to see that your cycle should be starting soon... Hi Dee, I'm from Sydney too! I am 27 and have been trying for approx. 12 months. Yeah my doc said that we'll try around 4 cycles and if it doesn't work I have to go back for more tests - hope it doesn't get to that! Anyway, good luck to everyone and keep your chins up!

Molly, your story is exactly like mine. I'm turning 27 next month. Have been trying for 12 months. Today I found out that my progesterone level was at 7.9 therefore I didnt ovulate this cycle. I could have sworn i did.The last two cycles i ovulated.Are you seeing a fertility specialist?

When I first went to the doctor in July 2002 because my cycles were so irregular my dr put me on Metformin 1500mgs. He told me to increase the dosage starting from 500mg for a week, the next week 1000mg and the 3rd week 1500mg and continue like that. I didn't get pregnant that month so in Aug 2002 he added clomid on days 5-9. I conceived that month!!!! I am getting ready to go for #2 and hoping it works again this time. I have not been taking the Metformin prior to trying this time but my dr told me to start the MET and then the clomid. I am currently waiting for AF provera induced to bring on my cycle.

Oh, I forgot to mention :) I had a healthy baby girl induced at 37 weeks weighing 6lbs and 19 3/4 inches!!

Shayla oh my gosh this sounds like what I am going through right now. My Dr told me to take the Metformin the EXACT SAME WAY!!! and now he put me on clomid 5-9!!! I should start my cycle on Wednesday then the Clomid!! I hope it works the way it worked for you. How many mg was your clomid mine is 100mg. So how is everyone else doing. Molly how was your weekend. Have you been to the Dr. Lately? Have a good noght everyone.

Sometimes I think they have more of an idea of what you go through! Hi Gabby, no haven't been to the doctor lately, I rang today to see if I could get results of my husband's test, but she was in theatre so I have to wait for her to call me back tomorrow afternoon. Well it's day 14 for me today, so not long now till my day 21 test, I'm dying to know if I'm going to ovulate this month! So your cyle should be starting tomorrow, Gabby?Finally, huh!Hope everyone is going well....

Hi everyone! How are you going Gabby? Any idea when you'll start your cycle? My husband's test results came back today and everything is normal - which i am sooooo thankful for. I think it would make things even harder if we had to deal with the disappointment of not eveything being right on his side. All my blood tests came back good too, so what the heck is taking me sooo long!!!! It was a real weight lifted off my shoulders though, such a good thought that I don't have to worry about my husbands count! So I am on day 16 now, 6 days till I find out if I'm ovulating! Hope everyone is hanging in there and doing well!

Hi girls. Molly, I am seeing a gyno who specialises in infertility. Seeing him again next monday at Baulkham hills hospital. I will see what has to say if I am not happy with it I will get a referral to Dr Gayner at Westmead. Heard she is really good with PCOS etc. I am now on cd 35 no af as yet. I am bit confused... apparently I didnt ovulate this month, so do I still get af? I have sore bbs, sore lower back and pain in my right ovary, this has been going on for the last two weeks. I feel like af is around the corner. I got my results on the cell phone and I dont know if i heard right or not -my level could have been 17.9 not 7.9. I just hope i did ovulate.I am not into it so much this month. I know I am going to the docs on monday so there is something to look forward to.

Hi all. I am glad to hear everyone is doing fine. I have not started my cycle yet, but it feels like it will be soon. Glad to hear the test came back fine. Not alot going on hear. I had a good weekend just good to kick back and not worry about anything. Lots of baby dust

Hi girls, Oh Gabby you must be dying for af to come so you can start the process! had my day 21 test yesterday but won't find out till next monday as the doc is on holidays. So more waiting - but i guess all of us are getting pretty used to that! Dee, you must live real close to me - I am seeing a gyno in Castle Hill! She seems very good, so hopefully will get success.... I think you should still get af even if you didn't ovulate, I get my af every month - and I haven't been ovulating - but who knows huh! Hope everything goes well!

Af arrived yesterday. My back was killing me. Will check in later at work today.

I everyone. I was just disgnosed with PCOS. Am not overweight at all. Dr has no idea why I have it. I had my first round of clomid last week. 50 mg. I am also on Metoformin. So har so good. No side effects. Am I supposed to be going to the Dr on a certain day to get tested? Hopefully will get Prg this week. :)
Any advice? Thanks!!

just finished 5 days of clomid (100mg/ay) for the first time. I got hot flashes starting on day 3 at night. I took pills at 5pm and first flash was 11pm and lasted a few minutes. i have had about 1-3/day since and i finished the pills 2 days ago. other than that no problems.
