Good morning. Saralynn, I am so sorry about Saturday... : ( ... I hope you are feeling better. You have such a positive attitude about it tho... I wish I had that. I am relatively young too (29) but I just get sooooo upset about stuff like that!!.....Stepmommel, I am now on CD33 and I do NOT feel like AF is coming tho. I had some 'twinges' last night and this morning but it felt 'different' than AF. I have been pg before but I didn't realize until I was 13 weeks so I don't know what pg feels like this early...lol. I will test tomorrow morning if I don't see her (AF) by then. I just love that I can talk you yall about my feelings and things. DH left for work today saying that he has no reason to believe that I am pg. I said that I don't really have any evidence either other than no AF. After he left I wanted to punch him in the nose for saying that to me. I love him but sometimes he is just a putz. lol.

Hi ladies, and welcome all new comers!! Not much going on here, on cd 17 I think. Not much hope this month, dh and I couldnt get the bding thing going very well...its just really hard when you HAVE to do it on certain days ya know....sometimes you just cant help being tired or have something that has to be done, especially then dh works nights and sleeps during the day and goes to school in the evenings! Oh well, finals are this week, so next month that wont be an obstacle anymore! I guess we really only missed one time, but with my luck that one time will be the day we should have!! And since I chose to not burden myself with temping, I do not know when I O'd!! Geez, too much to think about. I do want to say how sorry I am SaraLynn, but sounds like you have a great attitude about it! Elena sorry to hear you are not feeling well, hope you are doing better! The only problem with all the new people is that I have more names and situations to remember and I have to keep scrolling down to read up on everyone!! Welcome to Saralynn and SerineMali! I am very sorry to hear your news Saralynn, but it will happen for you again! I think it is cool that you are living in Japan, Serine Mali. What do you do there? Shauna, you said you are 29, I will be 29 in August! Did you grow up in Saskatoon? I haven't cruised 8th since I was in grade 11! The kids are still doing it though, in spite of such high gas prices! For those of you who are wonderinng about a lack of ovulation, go get a blood test and a pelvic exam done. If you are not ovuatling, you could have a problem with your hormones. Your brain isn't telling your ovaries to produce properly. This can be fixed with medications such as clomid. A pelvic exam will tell if there is something going on inside your cervix etc. Don't delay finding out!!! If you are worried about not being able to do something because AF hasn't shown up yet, your dr can prescribe you something to bring it on such as bcp or provera (I think). Well my hot flashes have started. I feel like a bitch in heat (literally) It is really hard to casually demand sex from your husband and not seem like your in heat, plus with the hot flashes, it is horrible. I think the hot flashes are a good indication of ovulation for me. I had them around the middle of my cycle last month as well. Have any of you taken Robitussin. It is supposed to give you more cm. Anyways, I have been taking (for it's original purpose of suppressing coughs) and the dryness I usually get from the clomid is gone. That sounds a bit gross, but if it can help me get pg, it is worth sharing with you. I believe today is cd 20 for me, but I haven't actually counted on the calendar for a couple of days. I'm attempting the laid back approach. Again, I mean that literally! We have been bding evey other day since cd7! I'm sorry you are not feeling good Elena. I have really bad allergies, and I can't go without taking something. SO with ttc right now and the possibility of it actually happening, I spoke to my dr about what is safe to take and he recommended Benedryl. Just talk to your dr. I know there are safe meds out there for you. Kristi, we are really close in our cycles. That would be so cool if this was our month. Talk about the best Mother's Day present ever! Stepmommel, don't wait it out for AF to come naturally! I had a 57 day wait and it would have been longer, had I not seen the dr. I wasted a lot of time waiting. You need to get started on some clomid.. Oh and to answer a previous question I took clomid on days 5-9. Well, that is it for me! Take care Ladies and happy tuesday!

One morething, as If I haven't said enough yet!!! Tip of the day: DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, under any circumstances, take 2 Benedryl Allergy tablets with Coke. Nothing good will come of this.... Trust me! Later!

Good Afternoon ladies... I am really want to test today. I just want to know if I am making up the symptoms or not...it is so strange... I do daycare and I keep hesitating to p/u the babies (might 'pull' something) But then I think...if I AM pg then I am going to have to still p/u the babies and possibly the bigger kids too. I am being silly. SHAWNA1...yes, I went to Mount Royal for 10, 11, and 12. I 'cruised' for most of that and met my DH on 8th. Where did you go? If you say Royal I will crap and die. lol. Anyways I think I need to take a break from the forums for a bit...like an hour or two...lol... I am just way to wired with CD33 today and no AF symptoms...I will TTYL.

Shauna, I went to Holy Cross. My husband and I are highschool sweethearts. If you went to Royal you probably know Patti or Brent Doell. Brent is 3 years older than us. That is so freaking bizare that the two of us would end up being from the same city and meet up an the internet.

hey SHAWNA1, how old are you? I graduated 2005. My DH went to Clavet Comp. also grad of 2005. Yah Royal and Cross kids didn't really 'mesh' well. Where do you teach? I am going crazy now because while I was taking a break...I got an email from my ovulation predictor and it said ...'if you are pg this month then you most likely due date is February 9th 2007...' THAT IS MY 30th BIRTHDAY....to weird that this email came today when I am totally freaking out. lol

BFN: DH brought home test after work. Not too surprised. Been trying for so long couldn't expect it the first month after DH surgery, eh? So tired must go sleep now. see ya in the am

Sorry you didn't get the news you were looking for Shauna. Don't get too discouraged though, maybe next month will be your month! Shawna,1 I had both blood tests and a pelvic exam two months ago, and at the time she though my hormones were fine, and I started the Provera which seemed to do the job up until this month. So I'm really confused as to why I'm apparently not o'ing. Thanks for the advice though. I'll be sure to talk to her about Clomid and any/every other option.
Have any of you read the book Taking Care of Your Fertility? Someone recommended it in a thread (maybe this one, I don't recall) and I can't put it down. It's SO insightful and I highly recommend it to you all! I never realized how much I didn't know about my own body - CRAZY!
By the way, am I the old lady of the group or what? :) I'll be 33 in July.

I always thought I would be done having kids by 30 and here I am 35 and not even had 1 yet! Oh well, best layed plans right?? Shawna, I am on cd 18, so we are really close! AF should arrive around the 23rd of May, but hoping she stays the hell away!!! Well, it is lunch time here and I am starving, so will check back later!!

I know what you mean, Kristi1. All my life I knew I was meant to be a mom, so i NEVER thought I'd make it even to 25 without having at least one! Here I am sprinting towards 33 and still not even one! Is anyone else here TTC#!? I know Shawna1 and Shauna have at least one (great pix Shauna!). Elena are you preg with your first? ... Well, one week from today and I'll finally get to see my doc! Time's sure dragging!!! Have a great day ladies!

Hi everyone...its Friday!! Thank God, I am so ready for a weekend! Not much to report here really. One of my best friends who I have known since we were 5 years old, and I work with, called me this morn and had me meet her in the conference room as she needed to talk to me....she is pg. She was scared to tell me seeing as this is #4 for her and she is not married and had no intentions of ever having more kids - was even faithfully taking bcp and got pg! I am ok with it right now, probably becuase I feel so bad for her and know she is really upset about the whole thing - this will actually be 4 kids/4 different dads. #1 was a right out of high school accident, #2 was with her now ex-husband, #3 was an accident at 31 years old which was just stupid at that age, and now #4 she was totally trying to prevent and it still happened! She says she prays for me to get pg all the time and look what happens. She has even seriously offered to have a baby for me! She is so so upset I feel so sorry for her, but the dad is a really great guy and they were already talking marriage before this happened, so i really think things will work out for her. So far I am ok with it, but i think as things progress and if i still do not get pg, that i will be jealous later, but i love her dearly and will do whatever i can to help her out! It justs so crazy to me how people get pg so easily when there is such a short amount of time that we are even fertile, it just amazes me that people get pg at all!! I was reading some about ovulation the other day and it said the once the egg is released it has like 23 hrs to be fertilized or something like that.....amazing. Well, everyone have a great weekend!!
