Hi girls, islandfever CONGRATS! i am sending you a good 9 months ahead. Our first positive on the thread! Kiza, glad everyone is feeling better, I am still hoping af stays away for you. Are you doing clomid 3-7 next month if she does show, i find it doesn't matter what days i take the clomid i seem to ovulate on cd 21, which is today and yesterday i got a positive on my cheap opk but when i tested this morning with my clearblue fertility monitor it was only "high" not peak which has me confused because it always detected my peak when i got a positive on the other opks so it has me wondering if i even ovulated, i don't have the usual cramps i get when i ovulate on clomid, i don't feel anything today which has me down because now i don't know? it is so confusing, usually i can feel it when i ovulate and which side i ovulate from, can any of you ladies relate? do you guys get the cramps and the sharp pinch that tells you the egg has just been released? i tell you this ttc is getting to be stressful, well i guess i will know in a few weeks if i ovulated when af shows and i know she will because we only bd last night and not this morning when it was more important because i don't know how long sperm actually survives, and if i did ovulate today not sure if there were any left, oh well moving along.... talk to you all soon! good luck to all you ladies, let's see some more BFP's!

It's been A LOOOOOOOOOOONG time since i've posted anything, so how is everyone? I've tried to read and catch up and i'm SOOOOO excited and islandfever has gotten a (+) on the first try. Anywho i'm on CD11 and DH and I are bding as much as possible. I'm hoping that 100mg will work this time all fingers crossed. I could've sworn that I O'd on 50mg but i guess not. So can someone help me out with the symptoms b/c maybe i'm confused. I had the cramping and the heave ewcm for two days, which i thought was the indication that i had O'd and it came on the correct day according to the doc. I dunno i'm dazed and confused, the only thing i know how to do right is BD :)...anywho babydust to everyone and GL

I'm hanging out on cd2 and AF is here. Starting Clomid 50 mg again on Sat. My bloodwork came back great last time on it and I definitely O'ed. We will be Bding alot this month. We are going on vacation for 9 days to the beach. I can't wait to get away from everything. Hopefully a change of scenary will do the trick.

Hey all, a BIG congrats islandfever on the BFP that's wonderful. A BIG hello to everyone else aswell. AF arrived last night as I knew she would. Getting a bit frustrated with the whole thing now. Having a few drinks tonight to chill out a bit. I'm going to do cd3-7 as the last two cycles of doing cd1-5 has done jack sh*t. I've had really wicked cramps this cycle though and don't know if it was cause the higher dose of clomid or not. I think I'm going back to 50mg this month I've conceived twice before on that dose and I think the higher dose just stuffs up my cm even with taking the Robi. I'm just a bit over it all at the moment, feeling sorry for myself still. Anyway girls I really hope everyone is is ok and doing well. Kiza - I'm in the same boat as you - got my AF 14th. I am doing this cycle 150mg of clomid days 4-9 and will do the hsg shot when the doc tells me to - but this time we are going to do IUI. Hopefully this way will work for us.

Hey ladies! I AM FREAKING OUT! I had some brownish discharge for the past couple days, but I just went to the BR and there is a small amount of blood now!!! I am trying NOT to stress, but its hard not to! I am at work right now, so I am trying to hold back the tears, but its hard! This is my first, and my BF is just starting to get as excited as me! *Can anyone let me know if this is normal???* I have a DR appt tomorrow so I will let them know, but I am freaking out right now! Amanda, some women spot in the early stages and go on to have a normal pregnancy, do you have any cramps as well? if it is brown spotting it could be what is called a vanishing twin syndrome where there were two sacs but only one developed and now your body is trying to expel the other sac, it is actually quite common and even more so for women on clomid due to the fact that they produce more follicles, let us know what happens. We are all praying for you, i know it is scary but hang in there, your doctor should be able to let you know what is happening. Kiza sorry that af showed, ARGH! i hope she stays away for you next month, are you taking clomid 3-7 or 5-9? i am 5dpo and not feeling it this month either, oh well i got a doctors appoinment coming up oct 5 so hopefully we will move onto fertiltity treatments. Anyone else testing soon? good luck!

Thank You LB!! I have been reading on the net and it seems very common to have some bleeding this early... So I am better now! I also was reading how a few girls who got a vaginal US also started to bleed right afterwards and following in M/C. I am going to ask my DR about it tomorrow, as now I dont want to have a vaginal US until I am further along. Hopefully tomorrow is just bloodwork! I dont feel like shaving! LMAO!! PS - Yes I do have minor cramps....nothing horrific, but they are there.....feel different than AF Cramps...so we will see!!

Sorry to hear about your bleeding Islandfever. I would be freaking out too. I hope everything turns out well at the Dr. for you. How is everyone else???

I am on CD 7 and going in for my HSG test tomorrow. I am nervous about what they may find. Hopefully my tubes will not be blocked and we'll get a clean bill of health.

Hi. I'm new at this...I was just reading...and I'm currently going through the same thing. This is my 2nd month on Clomid, along with provera and glucophage 1000mg daily. My first month the clomid 50mg didn't make me ovulate, went to the OB today and he bumped me up to 100mg clomid days 5-9. I was just wanting someone to talk to, my husband is so...supportive but doesn't completely understand, and I'm trying to keep all of this a secret from my mom (my best friend) becuase I'd like to be able to surprise her as a grandma soon! So I appreciate the support from you all ahead of time...Thanks

Same old story been flat out helping my sister still, and now that dad is back in hospital I have to do daily visits there aswell, I don't seem to have any time to myself anymore lol, school holidays in 2 week so that will be even worse.-------------Amanda I'm keeping everything crossed for you. The only time I have bled in pregnancy other than my M/C was when I was expecting the twins. I was about 6-7 weeks and just had some spotting for a few days, scared the bejesus out of me though, then it all settled down and went on to be a normal pregnancy. You are still pretty early on so it might even be a late implantation bleed. Keep us posted on your progress.----------------Lucky, everyone is finally A1 in my house now, thankyou for asking, best of luck with the HSG I have heard of many women falling preggers right after having that done, so heres hoping.---------------Lucy, I tried 150mg last cycle with no luck, I didn't have any shots or IUI either. I'm back on 50mg this cycle, it's worked twice for me before so we'll just wait and see.---------------Lynn, hows the tww going? Did you end up finding out for sure if you O'ed or not? Fingers crossed for you, I'm doing cd 3-7 this time round, AF started on the 15th very light, 16th heavy as always,17th very light,18th gone, so I can't complain about that, although the AF cramps this month where horrific, not sure if that has anything to do with the higher dose of clomid or not.-----------HuskerGirl, welcome. hey ladies....well I had some bad news....I went to my OB yesterday and had a vaginal US and they didnt see anything! I couldnt even see the sac on the screen...nothing but gray! They took my blood and called me later and said my hcg was only at a 74, so I am thinking this is a chemical pregnancy. I had my hopes up and was surprised it happened on my frist round of clomid, but I think I will be OK. I have to go back tomorrow and hope my numbers go up, but I am trying not to get my hopes up. I have read another forum where low numbers usually result in MC but there were a few ppl that had a low number like 8 but went on to a healthy pregnancy. I suppose I will try clomid again if all doesnt go well this time....I will update again when I found out my numbers tomorrow....please pray for me!! -Amanda

Hello to everyone...once again it's been awhile since i've posted and islandfever keep your head up, i'l lbe p raying that everything turns out on the up and up....to everyone else sorry to hear that AF is still rearing her ugly head :)...i'm on CD 20-21 (i quit counting) and i'm having mild cramping in my back and sides....i've called the doc and they say that it's a normal side effect b/c my ovaries are swollen (whatever that means)....so i guess if AF doesn't come this month then i'll be back for another dose (150mg)...can anyone tell me about what day AF should come? I try and wait to test until day 28 but by then i think i'm 8 days past due for AF...i'm confused a lil...can someone help!?!?!?!?!? well ladies GL and keep trying!!!
