Hi guys, I had an HSG this month. I usually have clomid, but didnt take it this month, but i think i ovulated.. I am expecting my af on monday...My fingers are crossed...

Well ladies i have been having bad menstrual cramps and i have a feeling she will be showing her ugly head soon, probably sat or sooner by the cramps i am having. My cervical mucus has dried up and i have no signs of pregnancy at all, no naseau, sore boobs or fatigue so i guess i will be out this month:( good news is that i got my clearblue fertility monitor so i am going to go ahead and give that a try, have any of you ladies used it? i will keep you guys updated, talk to you soon LB

Of course I know everyone is different, but I had sex every other day mostly in the pm. I had sex one day in the AM before work with me on top and I SWEAR that is the time we conceived. I think you should be fine bding every day as long as hubby is ok. My RE says to do it every other day and that the chances are not that muc hgreater than doing it every day. Maybe compromise and bd every other day until you are definitely around O time, then do it every day until O is confirmed just to be safe. I am SO praying for you chickie! I hope you nail it this time! ALL of you girls!

OK. On day 4 of Clomid. All is well. I am PRAYING this works!!!!!!!! How are you?

I am doing well! I had my 3rd u/s today at my RE (my last appt with them :( and saw the little peanut. I am actually 8 weeks 4 days along. Morning sickness got the best of me this past Sat and today. Boobs are still sore and the nausea is constant. Other than that, I am great! GO CLOMID!!

Hello ladies, I had my HSG this morning and Deb you were right..it didnt hurt at all. I was so scared I almost backed out. I am glad I had it done now that its over. Well my right tube was fine and so was my uterus. My left tube didnt spill any of the dye..so its still inconclusive as to what the problem is with my left tube and ovary. Do any of you know what is next for me? The tech said I would have to wait to hear from my Dr. for better results about my left side. She tried to be encouraging by telling me that you only need one tube to get pregnant..which is true but still I would rather both of my tubes be healthy. Congrats! to all the ladies out there who have conceived after so much heartache. I hope 2006 brings all the ladies who are still trying their little bundle of joy!

Queen -Good to hear you got the HSG. Sometimes if the dye does not go through, it could be an involuntary spasm that closes up the tube temporarily, but I am not sure how common that is. It is true that you only need one tube to get pregnant and that when you ovulate you don't always alternate sides when you ovulate, so there is still a good chance for you. Stay positive, you can do it! Good luck and have a great holiday!

Me- Thanks so much for your encouraging words. That is nice to hear that you dont always ovulate on the same side. I wish I could tell when I am ovulating. I already tried charting temps and looking out for ewcm....but it doesnt seem to work for me. My RE hasnt even done anything to see if I am ovulating..is that normal? I thought that is the first thing they check for. I am thinking he is not wanting to check that so soon because I do get my monthly every month as scheduled. But I heard that doesnt mean you ovulated. I dont know I just go with the flow. I am trying not to stress over it.

If it were me, I would ask your doc about next steps for you. If you are ovulating, maybe you might benefit from a low dose of clomid, which can help you mature a few follicles and give you a better chance of conceiving. If your follicles get to a good size, you may either see if you ovulate naturally or your doc can administer a HCG shot to pop that egg or eggs out of there. I think that may be you r next step, but maybe your dr has other things in mind for you. Definitely don't stress to much about it, but hopefully your dr will be more aggressive with your treatment due to the one tube working. Keep me posted and try to enjoy the holiday!

Well, the 'rents were told on Xmas eve and Xmas day about the pregnancy. We showed them the video of our ultrasound. Everyone was thrilled! How was everyone's Xmas? Any new news ladies? Any BFPs? Have a happy new year if I don't talk to you before then.

Hi me, how are you feeling? just settling back in after the holidays, no bfp yet, still waiting to O and no luck yet, how about you deb? how is that clomid working out,, i think i will ask my doc for some for the next cycle because i think i am too irregular and the clear blue monitor is not helping me out at all, it is supposed to go from low to high to peak, well i went low to cycle day 12 than high and now cycle day 18 i am still high and no peak , i had o cramps around day 14 and ewcm but no peak on my monitor now i am cramping like af is coming around again but i am not due for it til the 14th of this month. I usually have a 29-30 day cycle so who knows we shall see, and then i am going to the docs, how about you other ladies, how are things?

Hi LB! I am doing fine, thanks for asking. I have mild mausea still but it comes and goes. I think it is on its way out though. I still have sore boobs but thats about it. I have another dr appt this Fri. If its any consolation, I never had luck with OPKs. They NEVER gave me a positive. However, I ended up getting pregnant when I listened to my body. I had sex every other day when I began getting wet and continued until a week before my af was due. For me it was better listening to my body (i.e cm and o pains) rather than the OPKs. Hopefully this will be it for you! Keep me posted! Good luck!

Hey guys. Hope you had a great holiday!! Sorry I havent been online too much since I was not at work till just yesterday. Well the Clomid I guess was ok. NO side affects. I am 10dpo today and my bbs are soooo sore and I have been cramping for the past few days. Me did this happen to you when you were first pregnant? I know you have sore bbs, but wasnt sure when that started. I am due on Sunday and am so anxious!!! I hope this is it! LB - Glad the HSG didnt bother you!!! Hopefully know that will open the flood gates and you are on your way to your BFP!!!
