spotting during clomid???

i have not had my pd since dec,,,, i had pinkish clear mucas discharge on the 10th of Feb... went for a blood test which came back negative so they gave me clomid to start my pd, the Dr said becuase the clomid will help pop the cycst i have on my ovary that is stopping my flow... all i have gotten today was pinkish discharge when i wipe??? has this happened to anyone else who was on clomid?? thank you
