Sore breasts after hcg shot

So I am 10 days past hcg shot. I understand it takes about 14 weeks to clear the injectible. I had slight symptoms (tired/ sore breasts) a few days after shot. However, bbs are still sore/ swollen (never went away really). Could this mean anything? I am probably going to wait until day 12 to start HPT. Just curious if anyone else had similar symptoms. DH and I ttc for 1.5 years. Have PCOS. This is first round of injectables and IUI. Much luck and prayer to everyone. This is my first time here.
