can someone please tell me how long sperm survive inside a woman, had sex 2 days before ovulation, can i still get pregnant from that?

Sperm can live up to 5 days or so inside a woman. So yes, you can get pregnant if you've had sex 2 days before you O. HTH! Good luck.
