problem getting pregnant after uterine septum removal

In 2006 I was 7 weeks when I lost the baby and turned right around the next month and was pregnant again. I started bleeding and went and had a sono the babies heart stopped at 8 weeks I was 3 months along. I went to a specialist he said I had a uterine septum and that if I had it removed it will increase my chances of a sucessful pregnancy. I had it removed in September of 2006. I got a positive test in November two days later I lost that one. Now for 4 months I have had no sucess. I was able to conceive last year before the removal no problems now nothing. Has anyone had a sucessful pregancy after uterine septum removal? Should I ask my doctor about meds? I don't want to wait anymore. I hate getting my hopes up every month
