sonyamac do you mean 8dpiui or aftual cd 8 thats seems too weird. well whatever i hope your spotting doesnt show as well as af, my face broke out really bad tonight like out of nowhere just like right b4 af, this sucks!!!!! so the symptoms you had b4 ur last pregnancy in oct you fel tlike af was coming too? i hope im wrong

Hi Tanner, sorry yes I am on my 9dpiui, no cd-sorry about that. Yes, when I became pregnant by iui in Oct 05 with our son, I really felt like af was coming, i kept test, they were all negative, it was finally a First Response Preg test showed up positive about 20 days past iui..it was weird for sure. I think that they are one of the most sensitive and i was trying cheapie test. Sorry about the face breaking out.
I have been taking my bbt-it was up until the am, i still feel awful, but no spotting yet. My cycles are usual short, so I am expecting something by tomorrow. Good luck and I hope that this is it for you!

Hi guys, I never can tell anymore if af is coming or not! It usually just sneaks up on me. Last month, I only cramped the day it started. So.. no real symptoms. I am on cd22, 8 dpIUI. Still hoping for the best ! ********BABY DUST TO ALL*********

Good morning ladies! I hope all those in the 2ww (Keya) are doing well and trying NOT to obsess over the symptoms (I would totally be obsessing...hehe) Hey Mommy!!! Good to see you, but it appears that I will NOT be doing IUI this month after all. We found out that our insurance will not cover it (it's not that expensive tho) and DH has decided that he wants to wait until June to do the IUI. So, I'm just doing the clomid and gonal-f with regular BD'ing. That's it. I'm assuming that your surgery went well tho?? Good for you girlfriend!!! TTYL

By all means MAMMAWANNABE, welcome aboard! TANNER, don't worry just yet... remember that there are numerous women out there that swore af was coming and it was just part of the hormones/meds talking.... they got bfps! well just wanted to say i feel much better today the crabinness has subsided-yeah. so it must have been the trigger shot and the cramping hasnt been much of a problem either so could it be maybe i was having late ovulation? well im hoping the best for all you wonderful ladies hope u have a wonderful easter

I wanted to give you all a little background on me. My name is Erin, I'm 29 (30 in June, YIKES) and DH is 31(will be 32 in June) and I have a DD from a previous relationship and she's 6. I have had an HSG and all other bloodwork and seem to be fine and was going for the lap when DH finally did his S/A and had low motility and low numbers. All other aspects of the S/A was great but those. His motility was at 30% and his numbers were 4 million. So if his second S/A is a wash then we will be doing IUI around June-ish. Oh what a wonderful or horrible b-days we will have if it BFP/BFN. We live in Ohio and have been married for almost 2 years but have been together almost 4. We have been TTC since March of 2005 so for 2 years we've been trying and now we kind of know why we haven't conceived yet. What's everyone elses story?

Hi ladies, no MORE 2WW for me..AF arrived! I am on 10 days counting the day the iui was on...so i am not surprised. I only had one good follie this month...more disappointed. So, we will make the cute off for April before they RE stops the program for the summer....this was my 2nd try on my 2nd isession of IUI, i conceived on 3rd try in Oct 2005.
Thanks for sharing your story Erin. I am 38. I conceived when i justed turned 37 and we have a son, most likely from iui. My Dh also has low counts and motility issues, it's up and down. we conceived on a post wash of 12 mill.....i had three good follies that month!
We are trying again for another. Since the RE closed the program for the summer, we won't wait we will go to IVF, mostly because of my age, I also have MS-my right side was paralyzed 8 years ago, you would never know it! I am very health and exercise daily-I am lucky.
I am sure that it will happen for you, even with a low count iui can be very successful, as long as the RE does US and monitors how many folllies are being stimulated to grow, your chances are good if it works! I never thought it would and wow-we are so blessed!
I am not looking forward to another few weeks of running back and forth to the hospital for 8 am for bw/us with the little one, it just does me in! I am only a bit depressed and sad! Take care all.

Hi, goodluck to everyone. This is the second time that I did IUI and I will be finding out on April 9th if I am pregnant. I don't have any symptoms of being pregnant or getting my period. i guess I just have to wait to see what happens

Hi All -- Chele, yes that is how I found out about this site b/c Sonyamac told me about all the wonderful support from all of you. I am loving it. The 2ww use to seem so long b/c I had all these thoughts and no one to really share them with that would understand so this is great. SONYAMAC, I just read you post. I am sorry for the A/F. Are you sure it's A/F already? any chance of implantation?

Shanlou, yes it is AF, I am not surprised. Last month i started to spot on March 13-actual flow two days later. This time, i felt awful that last 2 days...really weird, I started spotting yesterday afternoon and today it is definetly af! It's really not early, I seem to have a bit shorter cycles when taking the meds, anywhere from 24-26 days. It's a drag! Dh soaked in that darn hot tub last night for about an hour! I could just smack him.....he just doesn't seem to realize that half of the problem is his! I begged him to stay out of it for the next few weeks, he said that he would...so looks like i am in for the April round of iui before they close the program for the summer-Thank goodness, I just need to relax and hopefully this time they will get more good sized follies! How are you feeling Shanlou-any symptoms? Tanner? Chele? I am sending loads of BABY DUST your way..................
We are having Tyler Christened on Sunday....my Mother-inlaw has this very girly dress that he has to wear, I just have to try and not laugh-my poor little guy! oh well-family!

Hi everyone, Sonyamac sorry about af. That really stinks that you have to move on to IVF. I know that involves a lot. Well, my bbs are a little sore, could be from pending af though. Easter brings back memories for me. Last year on Easter I started to miscarry. i was 11 weeks. I was expecting it though, because I had already been to the doctor and knew the baby wasn't growing. It's been a whole year and I just thought that I would be pregnant again before now. I am trying not to get down about it, but it's still there. Maybe af won't come this time! God, I hope so. I am praying. Mamakeya are you still out there? any news?

Hi All, Chas, I know how you feel. I was 9 weeks when I miscarried in Sept 05 and I thought I would be preggers by now too. It is tough but at least with these web sites we see that we are not alone. It seems that everyone around us is getting pregnant but in reality there a lot of people dealing with infertility. I am expecting AF on the 11th but......the 12th I go for my first IVF consultation. Not really sure how long it will take to get that process rolling but I hope soon. Sonyamac, that is good news that you get into the clinic again before the close, and the third times the charm. Just look at Tyler. What a handsome boy. Looks like I'm gonna have to take time off work to travel to Ottawa. Oh well that's what sick time is for :o) Erin, my name is Shannon and I have been TTC for 2 plus years. DH and I married 3 years, together 8. No children yet..... two dogs, two cats. One miscarriage in Sept 2005. Tried clomid, now on IUI # 3 plus one cancelled cyle. Next month I hope to start IVF. Hang in there we are here for you. Take care ladies

Thanks ladies! Chas, I will do one more IUI, then if that doesn't work, then IVF, as Shanlou said-third times is a charm! Last time when I conceived it was the third time! So, BABY DUST TO ALL.
