has anyone noticed or experienced any physical changes of proof that vitex worked with increased ovulation?

I have a friend who was not having a period at all and used vitex. She didn't feel well one day and took a HPT came back with BFP. I didn't have any luck with it but it did cause my cycles to be messed up for a while and made me very moody.
