Has anyone ever experienced fluttering coming from the lower abdomen before their AF arrives? I usually do and I am not sure if it the uterus preparing to expel the lining or something else. I usually feel that means I am not pregnant. Has anyone else experienced this? I have been trying for so long and it seems like it will never happen. It is so unfair sometimes.

I experience fluttering alot. Turns out it's just muscle spasms. They get your hopes up though dont they!:)
