My husband and I are just starting to try to get pregnant (this month!) I only have one ovary, but I am very regular and feel it works fine. So here is the problem, since I only have one ovary when we try the man on top or behind positions (ideal to get pregnant) my cervix shifts so far to the left you cant feel it with your fingers. I dont think the sperm will enter the cervix this way. We tried this month with me being on top (my cervix is straight then) and when he is ejaculating I sit tight, then we roll together so I am on my back, we lay still for about 30 sec(with him in me),after he pulls out I lay on my side with a pillow under me. I not sure if this will work, any other suggestions?
