whynotme it may be implantation bleeding so dont give up anyways nothing new with me no signs of anything no cramps or sore bb's or anything except my cm has dried up and been that way for like 2 days went for progesterone test today will get the results probably tuesday good luck all

my dr called and said my progesterone level was at 12.8. she said it should be 10 and above if ovulation took place. Wooohooo!!!!

crystal the last progesterone i took it was 12 and they put me on clomid because they said they liked to see it over 15 so i went and had another today (needless to say it was a new girl and she had to stick both arms) but i should get the results tuesday and they hope that it went up with the clomid

So I got af this morning and I'm not happy. But atleast I know that it's here and I can move onto the next cycle. Hopefully the clomid will be the winning ticket. I think that I might have a luteal phase defect since this cycle my lp was only 10 days. I think that it needs to be 12 days + to even support implantation. I just wonder if maybe I would have had a chance if I could have held out a few more days. Who knows?? I did have a really large amount of clots come out this morning. I haven't had that before. i wonder why they told you 15 and me only 10. gosh, makes you wonder who's right? well, i'll go by what my dr. tell's me. if i don't start by tomorrow, i think i'm going to test cuz tomorrow would be 14DPIUI. i got three tests so i could test sat/sund/mond. i woke up with some cramps though, so i really feel like a/f is going to come. my temp is still high, bbs still hurt bad. so i have no idea. i'm just hoping

*whynotme* so sorry to hear about a/f but you have a good attitude about all of it and you could be right about the luteral phase i would ask the doc about it and see if there was anything they could do to lengthen it cause i have heard alot of girls talk about short lutheral phases and they took something to make it longer good luck everyone

I think that is why he is putting me on clomid, to regulate my cycle and to have a normal luteal phase. Geesh, I never thought I would know so much about follicular phases, luteal phases, yada yada yada.
crystal, my doctor didn't tell me anything about the luteal phase thing, I think that I just read that somewhere. Good luck on testing!

Regarding when to test my doctor said to wait until day 35 of my cycle. I did injectibles and IUI.

Angelbaby, with the injectables, how many eggs did you end up with? Does your dh have a low sperm count?

No he doesn't have low sperm count. my doc saw 3 possibly. I haven't been ovulating on my own. did 3 rounds chlomid, didnt work. doc thought I was to thin.. gained some weight and just did 1st round of injectables w/IUI. Evrything with dh is perfect...

I have run quite a bit since highschool and have been quite thin. When i stopped bc a 1 1/2 yrs ago, didn't get AF for 8 months until doc induced it and havent' been regular since. i stopped running 4 months ago and have gained 15 lbs.

angelbaby - I had the same problem with my weight. I lost 40 lbs. and was getting incredibly thin. I also had an eating disorder as a result of dieting and losing weight. So I didn't get my period for a whole year unless my ob/gyn induced it. I stopped going to the gym completely, started eating more and I to have gained about 15 lbs. I hate having the extra weight on me, but it's seems like my body likes it this way. I have finally started to function a little better except for the whole luteal phase defect. The things we must do to get preggo.

whynotme ..it's amazing that their are women out there that are going through the exact same things you are. sometimes I feel like im the only one. next step is HSG test and then another injectible round.ughhh! how bout you?

I just recently got a call from my RE who is calling me in my first prescription for Clomid. He said that I am going to take it days 3-7 and I am scheduled for an u/s for day 11 (which is July 3rd). I don't have any problems with my fertility, it's DH who has a zero sperm count. After much consideration we have decided that the best thing for us is to use donor sperm. I know that's it's not the most conventional way, but it's our way. We are very excited at the chance to even share this with eachother.
