What are my chances of getting pregnet with both ovaries and just my right fallopian tube? Can my egg travel from either ovarie to my right fallopian tube?

I am 34 weeks pregnant and had my left ovary and tube removed 5 years ago. I have a cyst on the right ovary now and it is scar tissued to my uterus. I have endometriosis but some how I got pregnant I call it a miracle. I have a 14 year old daughter and been ttc for 12 years so yes it is possible for you.
