Ok check this one out I just had to call the builder to come out because my ASSHOLE KITTEN decided to get stuck in the cabinets even though he could squeeze himself in he couldnt squeeze himself out this went on for over an hour. Jason had to leave work the builder came over had to cut a hole in my wood cabinets next to the stove to get the little shit out. I am so pissed at him. Now they are calling the cabinet maker to come out and fix the hole. I am sure this gonna cost us a pretty penny. I love animals just had to share this wonderful joyful story.

Barzee, so glad your appt went so well. so you are doing another fresh cycle! that is great news. i am going to keep on cheering you on. Jody- how scary. i am so glad you took DH to the ER and that he is recovering now, but what a whopper huh? so glad it won't affect the IVF either. make sure he rests up! KB- the ski trip sounds awesome, should be a good break for you guys. Mega- i tried to add you as a friend on myspace too, but it wouldn't let me. Robyn- LOL at your asshole kittens! what jerks! lol ;) sorry to hear you are still bleeding alot. i know it just has to drive you insane. oh and had my sono today- baseline before starting stims on sunday. Jody- did you do one before stims? some REs just do the bloodwork, mine does both. he found a small cyst on the right side. It didn't show up at all in my bloodwork though, so they think it is small enough not to matter and that it is resolving itself. all this after i cut out caffeine which is supposed to help prevent cysts! oh well. she said my estrogen was like 18.....she said that was good- i have no clue though. she said she will call the doc and see about the cyst, she said most likely it won't be an issue, but they want to ask him. she'll call if it is a problem, so no news is good news today. i had to sit out november due to a cyst too. damn it! but she did give me my dosing schedule. i start the menopur (have to mix myself!) and the follistim 225 on sunday. i'll do it for 4 nights. then go in thursday for a sono to see how we are doing. then they already have me scheduled for a sono that sat, sun, mon and tues. she said on average, their patients stay on the stims for 10-12 days. so the earliest i would do ER is probably 2/14- valentine's day. not sure why it is longer. Jody- yours seems to be moving much faster. I guess just different docs. I also am peeved....and waiting to call them when they return from lunch. so i had to pay the RE IVF fees today. i told her to apply our credit to it and then tell me what the balance due is. she told me $2150. i get home and look at the price sheet and it says $2150 is the full price. so she didn't apply my credit at all! what good is $700 going to do me just sitting in their account. not like i have to pay him anything else after this (unless we do another IVF, but we probably can't afford to). so i want my $700- either in a check or applied to the $2150. man, that pisses me off. they are going to do anything to keep my money i guess. i am steaming and can't wait til 1:30pm when i can call them!!!! anyways- other than that, i am good. just worried the cyst could throw a wrench in everything. i just have the shittiest luck.

Michelle - i know youre pissed and upset i agree they cant wait to take your money and certainly dont want to give it back. As for the cyst I have had a couple of small ones they didnt play a factor in the IVF i was very upset when they found one in the u/s they said well we will let the doctor look at it and decide well he decided that it wasnt a big deal and it would absorb hell i still have a couple there they arent bothering me but with all the meds we are on its bound to happen. Just like you said no news is good news and just plan on starting your meds sunday. Good luck keep us posted.

Hello All - My AF arrived slowly today - just to give me more agony. I called into my DR and left a message reporting in my AF. I will most likely do baseline blood and u/s tomorrow or sunday. i really want to get this started so they better call me back ASAP. I need to know my meds schedule. Let's get the show going!!! How is everyone else?

DCL- congrats on AF. Mine is already leveling off some. Robyn- thanks for sharing that info on the cyst. I think it will be no big deal, i haven't gotten a call yet, so i think we are good. i am just pissed about them trying to keep my money. i finally called and got through and the idiot insurance lady (the only one at the office i don't like) wasn't helpful and didn't get it. I wrote the check to the receptionist lady who was already gone. so the insurance lady had no clue. my RE only has 4 nurses, the receptionist and the ins lady. apparently there is a business mgr too, they told me to call her on monday to get it sorted out. ugh! i shouldn't have to pay the RE the full $2150 if they have a $700 credit there for me. duh!! i don't get it. if only i had known at check out, that was the deal.

Michelle that sounds like what kinda happened to us. In my case the RE purposely classified the visit as a threatended miscarriage so he said this will be covered by your insurance. So since we do self pay for everything the dim wit receptionist say give me your insurance and it will be a 10 copay. We thought great so we go back 2 days later for the same thing another RE classifies it again as a threatened miscarriage we go up to the counter to checkout she said oh its gonna be 500 dollars for today and monday because your insurance rejected the claim. I go for a possible miscarriage it doesnt matter what kinda doctor i am seeing it could be a veterinarian this is a complication from pregnancy. So come find out the dim wit just called Avmed to verify benefits and of course they did not cover any infertility so i called the insurance lady same as you and she had no clue what the receptionsist did so i am waiting to see if avmed pays the claim so we can get 500 bucks back.

Robyn- what an idiot! sometimes these people kill me. my RE's office is small, about 4 nurses, the receptionist, the ins lady, the ultrasound tech and the RE. that's it. how hard can it be? i decided i am going to call monday, demand my money and pull the sob story of how i am doing IVF, the last thing i need is to STRESS about money. not that it is a ton of money, but still. they should make sure i am not stressing, not be the cause of it. well at least you are getting your money back, i hope it comes soon- you can use it on some cool new baby furniture or clothes! or maybe some supersized jars of pickles or something? :) well just ready to get out of here. anyone have busy weekends planned? I have dinner tonight with friends, then dinner with family tomorrow and a play to see, then the spa on sunday (facial, massage and pedi- stress free!!!), then superbowl party! it is going to be crazy busy. i figure next weekend is when i will chill since i'll be too bloated from stims to do anything else. lol- have a great weekend guys!

hey frnds...my update i got BFN ...actually i was having severe cramps & i was sure that my Af will arrive soon ...
my doc wants to talk to me so i will give her a call on monday ......
As i have unexplaind Infertility and also they removed one very small polyp ...i thot IVF is the chance ...but my hopes r getting down...Whether i will become mom or not...

right now i am having big cup of coffee as i didnt have in 2 weeks ...
I dont know what happen wrong ,i have no idea ...do u think climbing stairs up and down during my 2 week period did that or my uterus is not good enough tto hold embryo...

Aish - I am so sorry about your BFN. Post as soon as the doctor tells you what the next step is.

Hi ladies, I have a quick question. I started spotting yesterday (not a lot, but enough to wear something) so I thought that af was on her way and I could get this show on the road. However, today, things have slacked off to almost non-existant. Anyway, my question is whether af after a mc can be very light? The reason I ask is because I am starting meds on day 2 and am worried that would be today. AF was/is due today or tomorrow. Any ideas? Stacie

By the way, I did test last night and got a negative so it looks like I didn't do a Mega this month.

Aish, I am so sorry about your BFN. I had the same news this week, and I know it is hard.
Dont give up though- we have to just look a head, and believe that the embryos didnt stick for a reason. Maybe something was wrong. That is whats getting me through this week.

Hi Ladies,
I did my retreival today , transfer will be monday. I only had a measly THREE eggs they thought I had four to five. NONE is left over for FREEZING I am very dissappointed. THE embro decided to do ICSI because its only three eggs will have embie report tomorrow. My husband has a good sperm count he has no problems with is fertility? did any one have to do this ICSI. Anyway my pregnancy test is transfer goes well will be on Februrary 17, i plaN TO test on the 14th to prepare myself. BABYDUST to you all.
