If AF does not come within 18 days of O, you are pregnant. If you are pretty sure you o'd on the 10-12th, you may want to test. Oh, I'm hoping so much for your BFP!!!

Hello to all future mamas!!! :) Nicole, I tried not to take what Amy said directly. I don't know her and she doesn't know me, plus, maybe she was having a bad day. Infertility can be so stressful. So it's ok. I'm fine. But looks like there are so mnay nice ladies here! I am still trying to keep track of everybody and figure out who is where in their cycle.

As for me. I am on CD 13 today. I took clomid CD 3-7 and have been charting religiously. I began doing the OPK tests since yesterday. Today is still negative, but the line seemed darker than yesterday, so I guess something is happening! I have a box of Preseed ready to go as soon as I get a positive test. I just pray that I will actually ovulate this cycle. My cycles have been so irregular that I did not even ovulate during some of them. But so far so good. My CM has been excellent the past few days, egg-white like. So everything is on target so far! I also began experiencing some sharp pains on my left side today, which is my good ovary, so perhaps I will be very lucky to ovulate this month!

To be honest, since then she has wreaked all kinds of havoc on that thread since then! It's frustrating because we're all just trying to support and comfort each other. Most of us have been posting there for well over a year and she had just started. Occasionally someone tries to start trouble for some reason... Anyway, please come back if you ever feel like it. You are most definitely welcome! You are right, though. The ladies here are very nice too! I am cd 15 and think I will O today. I had a +opk yesterday, but had not had my thermal shift as of this am. We are bding like crazy - LOL! Poor hubby. Where are you in your cycle?

NicoleM - May 3

Oops, nevermind - I was posting at the same time you were! You just type faster! Looks like we will be in the 2ww together!

Also wanted to ask a question for everyone who is or have been taking clomid. Did your symptoms come back around O day? It seems like I am getting headaches and cramps right now, just like the ones I had when i was taking the pills. Please share your experience so I can have something to compare it to. This is my first month on clomid and I guess everything is a step by step journey so far.

NicoleM - May 3

This was also my first month on clomid. I actually didn't have much for symptoms until the last day of the pills. I had a couple of mild hot flashes, had 2 days of on and off blurry vision and was weepy and very tired. My symptoms kept going, then I did the hcg shot the day before yesterday (are you doing that?) and that night had the worst hot flash (during bd - it was awful), was very tired and headachy. I feel fine today.

Yeah, that's great that we will have the 2ww together. It's so much more comforting to wait it out with someone who is going through the samen thing! I hope we both get BFP at the end of this cycle. I am still waiting for my DH to come home from his trip. He would be back at the earliest this Sat morning so in a way I want to O and in a way I hope it happens in time for him to fertilize the egg.

Readyfor#3 - May 3

No, I'm not getting that shot because everything seems to be going well so far on its own. Wow, your first month as well? This would be so cute if we get a great end result and our babies would be due very close together. Do you have any children already?

NicoleM - May 3

No, I have never been pg. We've been trying for a long time (over 3 years). It's amazing that I am still hopeful! :o) Do you chart temps or anything? I hope your dh gets home in time! As soon as that opk turns +, you want to start bding!! LOL! I think the average woman Os 36 hours after a +opk. They say that once you O, you only have a few hours (6-12) to bd, so doing it before you O or right at O is key.

Readyfor#3 - May 3

During the days I took Clomid I had a few hot flashes and mostly headaches every day. But I was in such a great mood the whole time. NOthing made me upset or ticked me off. However, as soon as I had my last pill, that's when the moodiness began and it was extreme, I felt like a failure cause I couldnt control my emotions, I would just snap about anything and everything. Nicole, did you gain any weight while on clomid? I gained 7 pounds. That was sucky.

Oh wow, I was thinking that I would have more time once I O. Now I'm nervous. I don't want this month to be wasted. So sorry to hear that you've been trying so long. But it's awesome to see that you are so optimistic and hopefull. Never lose your faith in miracles. I am positive that the Lord will bless you with a baby! Hey, I jsut figured out that if we get pregnant this month, we would be due around January 27th. That would make my third child a January baby, just like the first 2. They were both born in January, exactly two years apart!

And yes, i chart temperatures, but that hasn't been working for me. No perticular pattern. Sort of all over the page. But maybe it's because I don't get quality sleep. I'm up like 4 times a night. My toddler wakes up to pee, and then My 1 year old has a bottle and a few times she just wakes up and cried cause she's teething, so I get her and rock her around the house. But this mornign my temp was 97.1, so I'll be watching it go up if O happens, right?

Readyfor#3 - May 3

You know, I have such faith that everything will be ok for us. Everything happens for a reason. Just take my example for instance. This cycle that I am on right now started very late. And I was getting irritated because I was so anxious to start my clomid. But now that I htink about it, it's amazing, if I did start my cycle on time, that means I would have ovulated a few days ago and my husband wa gone all this week. So if I get a positive OPK tomorrow, that would be just intime for my DH to come home! I'm talking withing hours. How amazing is that? It's as though it was meant to be. :)

Kaytee! Please keep us posted on your progress! I'm holding my fingers and toes crossed for you! But I wont be holding my legs crossed, I will really need them to be uncrossed in a few days! :) lol Can't wait to begin BD.

NicoleM - May 3

LOL! You know, I haven't weighed myself, but DH said he was getting nervous because my appetite went through the roof the last couple of weeks! Yep, your temp will up once you O - it's good for confirming when you O, but not really good for timing BD since your most fertile time is just before O. I think your timing will be perfect this weekend!
