I have NO idea how long, but I get the feeling that if my cervix doesn't start to lengthen again, I will be on bed rest for the rest of this pregnancy. However much longer it lasts. I'm happy to hear the ET is done and that you have been resting. If I weren't restless then resting wouldn't be so bad, but I am ready to run marathons! Damn I have a lot of energy lately.

Tracy, good luck at your appt today. Enjoy that energy while you have it. The middle time of the pg is the best! Once I hit about 32 weeks, the energy level started declining. Who knows, though, maybe you will keep it. cmel, my fingers are crossed for your embies to stick! When do you go for your beta?

Hey Ladies - i go in for the beta this saturday!! My sis is coming in town thursday so i'd love to have good news while she is here!! I've been having some mild cramping off and on?? Please pray hard this week for me!!!

Good luck to both of you girls!!! Cmelissa, praying for those embies to stick and Ann, praying for baby Zane to be just as cute as can be! Failed my one hour glucose, now have to do the 3 hour and my iron is a wee bit low, on top of the fact that I am on bed rest. Test results from yesterday's FFN test will be back sometime this week. I have an appt. on Friday to have a regular U/S to check the cervix, and we are having our 3D done as well. I go back to the doc once a week now.

Tracy, what is the FFN test? Did they recheck your cervix yday?

I had my u/s this morn. They said he is 8lbs 10ozs. I am glad I am not going to term (or worse--past!).

Hey ladies - i cant read all the posts but wanted to check in - i got moved to another communuity to sell homes and was so upset today - my commute will be over an hour now - my job has no stability b/c you always get moved. So now i'm worried all this stress is obviously not good since i'm supposed to be relaxing this week before the beta. Timing is always bad for me - i'm so upset! Sorry had to vent! Ann wow big baby - at least nice and healthy though! How cool a 3d u/s - can you email pics from that??? Hi Tracy!

Ann, he did an internal yesterday just to make sure I'm not dialating. I'm not, so that's good. The FFN test is Fetal Fibronectin, it determines if there is fluid leaking through the cervix, which would indicate preterm labor. Cmel--I think at the 3D they give you a CD with some images, so I should be able to post them. I'll let you know. Don't worry about stress with the new commute. I traveled to Indianapolis with implantation cramps, quit smoking, and had to put up with my older sister (who sometimes grates on my nerves) all at the same time, and still ended up PG with twins. Just listen to your favorite music in the car and think of all the things you are grateful for........like even having the opportunity to do IVF, or the fact that you have a great partner in life, etc... I know it's hard, but draw clean energy to you by what you emit. Ann, my little sister was 8lbs, 9oz when she was born. Not small at all! Very healthy and gorgeous I'm sure. Oh, I'm so excited for you!

cmel, I agree w/Tracy on the stress. On the cycle I got my bfp, I have never been so stressed in my life. Work was complete hell and I was stressing about my upcoming surgery and the thought that even ivf wouldn't work. I was so stressed that my jaw was killing me from clinching it so much! I have an hour commute, too, and it is terrible!! I really hope this is the cycle for you. Try to think positive thoughts!! Tracy, I am super glad your dilation test came out good! Well, I will talk to you guys as soon as I get out of the hospital and can get back on the computer! At 7:45am tomorrow morning, I should be a mom. How surreal!

Hey ladies - sorry i have been mia - my sister and 2 nephews are in town so have had little time to check in. I have my beta in the morning at 900am, not to optimistic as i have never had a positive yet so we shall see!!! Wish me luck!!

Hey gals - BFNNNNNN once again - i just dont know what do to anymore - i mean we are perfectly fine and just have unexplained it makes no sense whatsoever...i probably wont be checking in for awhile as i'm completely devastated - if you guys want to email me personally my email is [email protected] Best of luck to you and your babies!!

HI Tracy/cmel! We got home from the hospital yday. I am so surprised how inaccurate the u/s was the day before my C. Zane was 10lbs 4 ozs (at 6 days early) and 21.5" long!! He has been a good and happy baby for the most part. The only time he cries is when he is hungry or needs to burp/have gas.:) The only super challenging/frustrating thing has been the breast feeding. My milk didn't come in after 2 days, and Zane dropped an entire pound in 1.5 days. They told me that it takes longer to come in w/a C b/c of the trauma to your body. So, Friday was an extremely tough day. They wanted me to pump plus supplement Zane w/formula. They wanted him to nurse every 2 hours 20 mins on each side plus pump w/in an hour of nursing him 20 mins (can pump both sides at once). Then after the next feeding, I would give him anything I could pump plus the 20ml of formula. Friday was also his circumcision day so he was lethargic and it was tough to try to get him to nurse when he was "supposed" to. So basically I spent the whole day trying to nurse and pump. My bbs were killing me and I felt like a milk cow. It worked, tho, so I am super happy and bbs are healing! I just cringe for the first minute or so after he starts eating. I guess since he is big he sleeps for a long time. I have to wake up to get him to eat again. I have been going 4 hours, becuase his tummy is big enough to store a little more food. I have to run, but I will come back when I get a pause and catch up on everyone's goings on for the past few days. I have been thinking about you guys!!!

I just came and read back. cmel, I hope you see this. Sorry about your bfn. I am sure you are completely devastated after all you have been through. Take the time you need and we will be here if you need us!!
