pre-assessment appointment

Hi i have a pre assessment on Monday morning and i don't have a clue whats goin happen, will they want to do tests there and then? i have a appointment for a laparascopy in 4weeks. so please anyone who's been through all of this let me know what happens.

On my first appoinment with specialist we just talked and he did a vaginal sonagram that day. I had my lap done two weeks later. good luck!
