LAST NIGHT I WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE MY TRIGGER SHOT OVIDREL, BUT THE MEDICINE FELL OUT WHEN I PULLED BACK ON THE PLUNGER. I HAD NOVAREL FOR MY BOOSTER SHOT, AND THE DOCTOR TOLD ME TO TAKE THIS, I TOOK IT IN THE BUT TMI, BUT THE NEEDLE WAS NOT A IM NEEDLE DOES ANY ONE KNOW IF THIS IS OKAY, DOES ANYONE TAKE NOVAREL JUST INCASE IT DIDN'T GET INTO THE MUSCLE.

Hi there, I believe that the shot is a Subcutaneous . It works by just going in under the skin.
Hope that helps. It was probably a thin needle, I am not sure put that is what it sounds like. I think that you usually take it in the stomach or leg area.

The Noveral shot is IM only but I just found out from a friend that if it goes in too far or not far enough it should still have the same effect but might be more painful. kwim?
