beta 3.12 so i have to repeat it on thursday just incase its a late implant. this is 4th time i've had a number under 5 (which is a negative) and the hcg trigger should be out of my system by now as it was 14 days ago. I hate limbo. I have to stay on my prometrium and fragmin until we know for sure

Isa I hope everything works out for you.. I pray you will get your baby soon.. I go on thursday to have the hsg test.. I am scared that something might be wrong.. I am also taking clomid 100mg this month.. If don't get pg this month will take a break for the summer then go from there.. Hello to everyone hope you all had a happy easter

hey becky bfn my beta dropped so he said it was the trigger still -wasnt surprised its happened 4x -it seems to stay in my system for 16-17 days past trigger shot. We are going to do iui with the intent of switching to ivf if we get 5-6 min. follies so we'll see what happens. just waiting for af. Keep an eye on your lining with clomid. I did it 2 months at the beginning of my fertility journey (100mg and then 50mg) and both times it thinned my lining so much he had to add estrace estrogen to boost my lining as i could not have held a pregnancy with the lining as thin as the clomid made it. It is the main side effect unfortunately and it did it to me. Make sure you get an u/s by cd10 to make sure you arent too thin and dont need a boost for the lining. good luck on hsg. I had one and all was ok. I did it the first week of fertility testings. Take a light day or thin pad with you. The dye will run out and ruin your clothes if you dont. Hospital nurse gave me this huge honking pad about 1" thick and it was horrid to have to use b/c noone warned me. It hurt only for about 1 minute and i cramped a bit later on but it was worth it to see my tubes are ok. its very fast test.good luck keep us posted. I'm waiting for af now and then go in cd3 for u/s, b/w and see if all is a go or if i have to wait out a month.

Hello well my left tube was blocked but the dr got it to be unblocked.. He had a ballon that he used with the dye to push the dye through the tube.. It took a little bit and was very painfull but I made it.. My side is still a little sore today.. Isa they are not doing u/s with my clomid just blood work on day 25.. I have never had to thin of lining just to thick of lining.. Best of luck to you

isa - April 14

Hey Becky sorry it was so painful but so glad you got it cleaned out. I read you are most fertile for 3 months after your hsg for some reason so maybe this is a great thing and if you usually have too thick of a lining maybe the clomid will thin you enough to make it a good lining and this will be your month (grin:)
Well not good news for me. We had to cancel again as my E2 (estrogen) was way too high.I have a cyst and i could have cycled still as it wasnt big enough to stop me but it must be sending off lots of estrogen b/c it was 3-4x's higher than it should be and not safe to cycle so we are back to au naturelle and i am to go back in next month on cd3 to see if it has gone down. if its ok next month we'll try again. do you think the blockage was why you get too thick a lining? How thick would yours be? At my clinic they want min 6.2mm to i think a max of 12 or maybe 13. On clomid i was down around 5's and 6's and needed to get estrogen to boost my lining on cd10 so that it was thick enough by ovulation. Now that i dont use it i've been gettting a natural occuring thickness in the 9mm range which is great. hope your feeling better soon !!

Becky - April 16

Isa I am not sure it the blockage would of been why my lining was so high.. The highest was 24mm and last time I had it check last month was 12mm.. I really hope this is my month.. Sorry that your cycle got canceled I hope next month is better..

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't checked in for awhile. Isa I am sorry to hear it did not work this time. Becky I know that unblocked tube will help your chances!! That is good news. Tonya, I have not used a bumbo seat. I have heard mixed reviews on that. Jillian is sitting up pretty well now. She is getting her two front teeth now! I can't believe I will be planning her first b-day soon! I wish all of you guys could be here! You're invited you know!! :) We have been busy around here with ds's baseball games twice a week. That's all for now.

Where is everyone????

Tonya1 - May 4

hey ya'll...how is everbody doing??

isa - May 7

well i went in for my b/w, u/s yesterday and all was great so i started my stim meds today with the blood thinner also and we are paid for an iui and if all goes well and we get at least 5 or 6 follies we will switch it over to ivf. It saves me several thousand to pay as iui and switch rather than do ivf and if not good to switch to iui like last time so that is the plan. I had 7 antral follies and no dominant one so we'll see how many grow. I go back wed for more b/w, u/s and then friday again too. If it works or it doesnt, even if we got cancelled this is it. We will not be trying after this month to concieve (no more fertility, no more bbt, no more opks nothing). We'll see what happens. tonya your email bounced back to me have you changed it?

Tonya1 - May 7

Hey Isa, no, my e-mail is still the same...I'll try to send you something and see if it works....that's good that you can do the IUI and switch over later thing....I'm hopeful for you....let me know how things go on Wed...:)

Toni - May 8

Isa I totally understand your plan. I hope it works out.

Hi everyone-it's been a while since I've been on here. The twins arrived January 22 (33 weeks) and I haven't been on the internet hardly at all. They stayed in the NICU for 2 weeks, but all is well now and they are growing like full term babies-13 lbs and 14 lbs at 3 1/2 months old. Tonya-congrats on baby Avery! Isa-I'm still praying for you! Hope everyone is doing well!!

Keeli - May 16

Hi! Its been a while for me too. How is everyone? Toni, glad to see you are still hanging out to make sure us girls realize our dream. Isa, I understand completely how you feel. Hopefully things will go well for you this month. I'll cross all my fingers and toes, because you have worked harder and longer for this than anyone I know. Don't ever think you didn't give it your all. I gave up after 6 months of IUIs, and often wonder if I gave up too soon. Also, relax and remember, adoption is always out there. There is a whole other world out there for making families! And this world is pretty wonderful in a new and different way, but is every bit as special as pregnancy. Of course my opinion is bias! :o)

Becky - May 21
