need help getting pregnant

Hello sometimes I think that I am pregnant but when I take the pregnancy test, it all came out nagative. I;m so upset. I requently urinate, have pregnancy signs, but why aren;t I conceive? Any one with this answer please help me.

No one could tell you that answer. You would need to see a dr. The signs you think you feel could be in your head or could be af. You need to see a dr.
