Lap, Clomid then Injections!

Hi I had a Laparascopy dont November 24, 2004. Then 8 months later July was given clomid 50mg and injections. Today I went to get monitored. They did an ultrasound and took blood. They said my follicles were a great size and I should try this weekend. Hormone levels were good and normal. Anyone ever gotten pregnant taking clomid with injections? Sorry so long Thank you
