Has anyone used Vitex and had success

hey guys i just started taking fertility blend also called vitex from GNC. however it says to take three capsule a day it doesn't list the miligrams. baby dust to everyone

Hi guys, well I had a blood test done and all my hormone levels were low so I wasn't pregnant :(, I've just taken my last round of Clomid so fingers crossed this month will be the month and if not I'm going to start taking Vitex again and see what happens. Good luck to everyone! :)

hi ladies. I too have just started Vitex and wasnt sure how much to take. Mine are 400mg tablets and it says to take four a day (1600mg) Hope this helps. babydust x
