first thing in the morning??? Mine told me yesterday to use with first morning urine..
The package says not to right??

The package usually says to take OPKs between like 11 AM to mid afternoon. However, I have heard in certain cases it might be better to use with the first morning urine. People with small bladders that find it hard to hold their bladder for 4 hours may be better off using it with their first morning urine. I'm sure there was a reason your dr. said to do that.
