D&C - concerned - anyone had it done?-advice?

From my HSG it showed that my left side is blocked at the opening of the fallopian tubes to the uterus. So......I'm having a Hysteroscopy and a D&C. Has anyone gone through this? Any advice. Has anyone gone on Chlomid, my Dr. wants me to go on it next month, any side effects?any success?
