can heparin effect the hcg concentration on a blood test?

i am on low dose baby aspirin and on daily heparin injections 4500, i have been using both proir to a blastocyst transfer on the 11/8 , i went for a blood test and the hcg arrived back as low as 9 . the hpt gives a very clear positive results, as heparin is a blood thinner could it effect the ability of hcg detection in blood?
