My husband and I have decided to try and have children. We have been trying since April and have yet to conceive. Any tips or positions that may seem helpful? We want to try to do this naturally if at all possible.

I would try using ovulation predictor kits to see if you are ovulating. Do you have regular cycles? Then I have found the missionary and doggy style (sorry if too graphic) to work the best. I am preg. with number 3. But don't wait more than a year to get help from a dr. good luck!
