There is a rare possiblity that if you don't miss your period that your pregnant.Only about 2-5% of women do experience a period during pregnancy!

I fell your alls pain...I took Clomid in the beginning of Feb. and was supposed to start my period Feb. 28th, It is now March 4th and no period and MANY Negative HPT. Im getting very depressed in hopes that the tests could be wrong. I have taken Clomid once before and immediately became pregnant with my son..now its 4yrs later and Im very anxious and hormonal! Good Luck to all...I know I need it.

hi all! i had a tubal reversal 2-9-05, given permission to start trying on 2-21-05 and no period 2 weeks later. 1 negative HPT result. is it too early to detect or did the surgery mess things up? doc says it wouldnt mess it up for a month. 5+ weeks since my last cycle. ?????

I don't have an answer, but was directed here trying to find one. My periods are usually like clock-work; 29 days. I was due to start on the 5th of March, and today is the 8th. Surely it's too early to start to panic, but I have a lot of things i have to work aroudn to try and get pregnant. I have a female life partner. She and I have picked a donor, which we had to get shipped to UT from CA, made arrangements with an endocronologist, etc. Out of the BLUE (no clomid; yet, I haven't started ye)... NO PERIOD! I was stressing over the insemination, not I'm stressing about not starting my period. What gives ladies!? I hope this evens out before the 3 months that an earlier post from an unfortunate mother-to-be described. I really want a Saggitarius! :-)

I have had the suggestion of clomid as it is possible that i have pcod, tho i have none of the characteristics of it whatsoever, the doc has not tested me recently, when i had a scan for it, they said there were no cysts at all on my ovaries, i have done 4 hpt's and i have missed 3 periods now, i have had irregular ones all my life, but never this long, and not with so many symptoms of pregnancy apart from the actually being pregnant part.

well actually i think it may be due to that it may also be due to the stress or even the mental stage..meaning if your mind thinks you are pregnant your body does too ..Its so weird how the body works and reacts off the thoughts of your mind... IN MY OPPIONION

hi i'm 18 years old and i was raped back in december and i went to my doctor but they say i'm not pregnant but yet i haven't had a period since december 25th so can you please help me i'm scared and i'm not sure whats going on

mls - April 11

I too have missed my period with a negative pregnancy test. I have been doing a bit of research and have found that abnormal test results may indicate: ectopic pregnancy, choriocarcinoma - a tumor of the placenta, blood or protein in the urine, ovarian cysts - they name all kinds, PCOD, ovarian cnacer, menopause, bleeding without ovulation, PID, and a few other items. I am not claiming to be a doctor at all, this is just what I have come across in my research. I am going to see my doctor tomorrow for a possible blood work up.

In regards to Donna your period could just be delayed due to the trauma your body experienced. You may also want to have a blood work up or an ultrasound done to verify no damage has been done.

I forgot ... I also found some information that stated that some women show up accurately on a test the day they miss a period while others may not show positive until 3-4 weeks after a missed period. Good luck to all.
