Low Sperm Mobility - when should I bd?

I think that's what it's called. We had gone for fertility tests a few years ago and I remember there was definitely an issue with dh's sperm. I believe they were a little slow. Here's my question: I got a peak on my CBFM and we bd earlier this afternoon. And I got a positive on my OPK (second day of +). Now should we try to get in one last bd tonight in case I O tomorrow or should we wait until tomorrow to bd again hoping that his sperm is a little better if we wait 24 hours). Does this make any sense? Any thoughts?
