Lene, by the way - I got a very strange discharge yesterday for a couple hours. It was kind of yellow and sticky, but not like mucus, it was more like pus - ya know like from a pimple. Is that too gross to post?

Oh yeah - will you get your progesterone results today too?

elyse, i took the day off to not be so stressed since being at work makes the days drag and i couldn't do it since i thought i was going to wait til monday...but now it works out even better cuz if it is bfn, i will be home to be sad all day alone. yeah, it's hard to be alone but i have you guys! i realized i had to protect him when i seen he was too excited and couldn't bare disappointing him...so i told him i feel like i am getting my period...when the honest truth is i have no idea what i feel like and i blame it on all the meds. but whatever. so Friday...what time? well, i guess when i wake up...but if you wanted me to do it the same time, let me know...no problem...

elyse, NOT AT ALL...that's what the post is for... not sure about your discharge since i can only feel and see the annoying suppositories. well as far as the progesterone level, yeah...hopefully soon...but is there a number that should make me hopeful or no?

Lene, there is a chart for progesterone levels at http://www.birth.com.au/class.as

it doesn't really say much - hard to say b/c of the supp we are taking. As far as the hcg, i've read it leaves anywhere from 7 days to 14 day - not helpful at all, right? Gotta go for a little while - be back l8r.

Lene and Elyse, you are so lucky to have each other. It's the biggest coincidence. Good for you! I'm getting excited with all these posts. Lene, you're right: when we're at work, the days drag. Next time, I'll take off as well. Elyse, I love my job (project engineer) but I hate the one hour commute. If there is an accident on my way, it can take more than that. I've tried bus & metro but it's even worse (one hour and a half). Lene, I say the same thing to my husband. I'm always afraid that he gets too frustrated of trying. Anyways, best wishes for you!

Yes, my job is beyond stressful. I was lying in bed last night thinking of all the things I have to do this week and I thought I was having heart palpitations!! I fell asleep pretty easily, but I woke up at 3:45 and couldn't go back to sleep until 6:00 (had to get up at 6:15). Now I have that RE appt on Wednesday (very clost to my office), but I am supposed to be at a client's office all week (30 miles away/about an hour drive). I've already started making excuses, but being gone from work is not a good thing at my office even though I stay later for it. I have done yoga before and liked it a lot--I did it when I was taking care of my mom before she passed away. I would like to do it now, but I work (including commute) from 7:30 until at least 8:00 (often later). I have zero energy by the time I get home. I usually just eat and go to bed. Unfortunately, we can't live closer to my job, because we live close to my stepson's school (have 50/50 custody). Sometimes I feel like last priority even though I am the "breadwinner." Of course I wouldn't move due to the school thing, but it is still tough for me (I feel selfish even complaining about it). Then on the weekends, I have a ton to get done since I am not home (and awake) during the week. My dh is really good about doing almost all the cleaning, laundry, and other housework. Sometimes I get a walk in on the weekends, but that is about it. Elyse/Lene, I can't wait to see your test results!! It is so close to time. Good luck to you guys.

Lene, do you have a guess as to your results? Having any symptoms?
|
|
|
|
|
ann, not really i don't think. i feel symptoms but i guess it's all the meds. i don't know anything plus i think it is too early to tell...right?

Also, when you were talking about the hcg shot leaving your body, I have taken a test at 9dp hcg shot and I didn't get a false positive. BTW, I found some dollar store tests that detect 25 mIU--what a bargain if they really work the same!

ann, not sure what to think on the results. i would say more to the bfn side.
