Hi ladies. Some info I found out the hard way. When a woman has a high amount of bacteria in her bladder-- she can get a FALSE POSITIVE using a hpt. It happened to me. So instead of being pg- I had a bladder infection. That certainly accounted for the cramping and shooting pains I was having. (The whole time I thought it was the pregnancy!) Not to be a stick in the mud...it's just some additional info.
