Wondering.. - August 7

2 questions- first, what do you do if you normally get up in the AM around 7:30 or so, but you have to get up and pee earlier, maybe around 5? Does this make a difference if you go back to bed for a couple hours and then take the BBT? Second, what if on the weekend you sleep in alittle and let's say I get up around 8:30-9 AM instead of 7:30 like normal? What do you do about your temps?? Does it make a difference if you take it alittle earlier or later due to having to get up and pee or sleeping in?? Please help...Thanks!

I think an hour either way is fine. You need to have at least 3 hours consistent sleep before you take your temp. I would take it when you go for a pee. Or even go a couple of times just as you are going to sleep maybe delay your waking at 5am. Good Luck

To be as accurate as possible, try ot take your temp the same day every day. If you want to sleep in, I suggest setting your alram clock to take your temp and then going back to sleep. In regards to the bathroom at 5am, take your temp BEFORE you get out of bed. Any movement causes an increase in temp. Hope this helps!

Yes, that's what I do. I set my alarm for 5:30 am to take temp (and go pee afterward). ;o)
