I am 30 days every month. I have been TTC for 2 years. we were very diligent this month. 2 days ago I went to the restroom and wiped blood. That was it. I thought maybe implantation bleeding. I have never had this before. I usually get my period in the middle of the night full on cramps and bleeding. This afternoon I could feel mild cramps coming on. Not feeling optimistic I went to the restroom and there was blood. But not real red as usual. I am hoping has anyone had this before. Is there a possibility I could be pregnant. Losing hope...

Hello Heather. I have read in my pregancy books that you can have a "lighter than average" period and still be pregnant. They claim that your progesterone levels may not be high enough yet. Actually, I am in the same boat right now. Normally my cycles were around 30 days, give or take a day or so, then the last couple of months they have been 42 and now maybe 47 days. You see, I started (or think I did) Saturday morning Oct 8th on cd47 but this period has been very unusual light and brownish, not heavy bright red. Usually by day two, I am cramping badly and very heavy. Now it is day 4 and hardly any bleeding. I am not even wearing anything!! I don't know what to think so let me know what happens with you and I 'll let you know for me. ~~~baby dust~~~
