Anyone with PCOS that ovulates every month on their own?

I was wondering if there were any women out there who have PCOS, always get a period, ovulate every month...my question is how long did it take you to get preggers or how long have you been trying to get preggers? I'm just trying to get a feel of other women out there who are actually ovulating with this disease without meds and got pregnant? Thanks....
