i am a 24 year girl and 24 weeks pregnant.i recently had a papsmear test and my doctor said it was abnormal and i am worried becacause i had sex for the first time at age 19 and have only been with 2 people since

Don't worry too much about the abnormal pap. It is just a prelimanary test and should be followed up with a second pap and a couple of other quick tests. It doesn't always mean something bad.
