PCOS and thin uterine lining

Hi ladies - I am 29 and was just diagnosed with PCOS. My Dr. also said I have a very thin uterine lining (low estrogen) - I do not get a period. Is there any chance that Clomid will work for me? I just don't see how anything would implant. I feel like we're wasting time even trying it...we meet with him next week to start treatment, so I'm not sure what he's going to start with. I appreciate any input on this - thanks!
