I came off b/c a month ago, had bleeding four days later, Is is possible to know when the best time to try for a baby would be?

If you have a 28th day cycle they say that the 14th day from the 1st day of your period is the best.. some women o b/f... could be from day 10-17... You can track your basel temp..
